Not one thing about the order was correct, asked the staff several times as they were clearly struggling with it, completely normal order off their menu no changes to the items. We ordered two wraps and two breakfast sandwiches, each completely wrong and one had the wrapper inside the sandwich...see the photos. Credit/debit card machine didn't work or staff were unsure of how to use it, coffee size and creamer weren't right. Very disappointing, will be returning the sandwich with disgusting wrapper back to you. Will not be a place we return too and definitely don't recommend.

Food quality and service is great, but 20 dollars for a small sandwich and soup seemed pretty steep.

"Cody f'ed up and burned the ravioli." Overheard as I ate. Kitchen banter was fantastic. 5 stars because I can't give more.

We love Panera Bread and they’re all over the USA. It’s usually our go to for daily coffee and teas since we have the membership. We’ve been to so many locations and they’re all mostly great experience. This location is somewhat quiet early on the day so you can sit and have a quiet time. Friendly staff. There’s the kiosk option if it’s busy or you prefer not to order with a staff. We mostly do Mobil orders. I would have given them a 5 but there’s not much vegan options.

I recommend NOT ordering to go at this Panera. The serving size is super small. I ordered a half greek salad and bowl of veggie soup. The greek salad was ridiculously small., had a couple tomatoes and onion slices and a few pieces of feta. Saddest salad I ever saw. Barely filled up a third of the package. Really disappointing experience.

🙁 Updating my review and adding a photo of my receipt. I will never, and I mean never, buy cream cheese here again. Your cream cheese, the tiny little cup, cost more than the $1.59 bagel to put it on. $1.80 Ridiculous! 🙁 Wonderful bread, great friendly service and relaxing n welcoming place to enjoy a good meal and relax. They have a great selection of healthy teas and desserts. Their soups are very flavorful and adding a sandwich is a bonus because they have some great options to pair together. There is a cozy fireplace and lots of roomy comfortable seating. There's a nice park to look at if you choose the outdoor seating. Clean restrooms and lots of parking. There is a walking trail nearby here if you want to make a nice outing of your visit.

Worst place. Tried ordering through the drive thru only to have the other person (worker) be super rude!! She acted like if she was doing me a favor!!! NO

This was our first try eating Panera Bread. Unfortunately, my wife found a hair on her sandwich plate and I found a hair in my sandwich. Sadly we won't visit there again.

One time I was there, a redhead manager accused me of theft of a pastry. She then lectured me on how it was stealing and that is wrong.

At 6pm, only soup they had was the broccoli & cheese. Steak sandwhich was skimpy on the meat, but the potatoe chips were good.

Do NOT go here on Saturday mornings, especially if you’re in a hurry. I got there right at 6, I ordered a coffee with some half and half and a bagel sandwich and waited for over 20 minutes. When they finally opened the window I received the wrong coffee, and I only knew it was the wrong coffee because the lid wasn’t put on all the way and when it was handed to me the *very hot* black coffee spilled all over my hand. I got a “oh sorry” and they handed me the correct coffee, and I was finally able to leave. I paid almost $16 to get my hand burned and I barely got to work on time.

Sandwich poorly made, salad had about 5 pieces of lettuce on it and when asked for no bacon, it was still on it. This has happened on multiple occasions as this location. One of the worst Panera’s I’ve been to.

Ordered curbside and they don’t even come out they make you go inside with many people inside. I called and they said I have to come in when I have medical conditions. The whole point of curbside is so I don’t go in. And even waited a extra 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done. Then we go in and the food isn’t even ready. We have to go to counter to ask. Don’t order curbside here it’s a lie.

The food was good. The problem was the customer service. 3 people in line with me after 30+ minutes of waiting. We all said, where's our food? Your little machine that calls us isn't working and no one called our names. We got cold soup. Again it tasted good, the problem was the experience. I'll never be going back to this location again, it was my first time stepping foot in a Panera bread and I'm not going to be going out of my way to go into another location any time soon based on my experience

Came in to get some warm soup in a bread bowl. Man in front of me ordered online but the store didn’t have what he ordered but took his money anyway, the. When I get up to order they’re also 86 on bread bowls too. Empty shelves, and almost out of all deserts. Seems like they don’t have anything. Pretty disappointing. 2 customers in a row being told they don’t have what they want. Not good. :(

The smell of death at this location overpowers the scent of the breads. Not really any service. No "B" on my BLT turkey avacado sandwich. Bought a pastry ring to bring home, and it was stale. Very little product out for sale. Hardly anybody there at 6pm. The prices are ridiculously high. Loved the local drug camper (bleeding hearts call them homeless) in the lobby who bought a drink and then made himself at home to use their vacuum cleaner outlet to charge his electronics. We used to go regularly, but this was most likely my last trip to Panera. I'm sure it'll be closed soon anyway.

Went to Panera Bread and ordered at the drive through. I orded two bowls of soup and two rolls/bread. They stated that they were out of Bread!!!. It's in the name PANERA BREAD! And no bread. At the window I asked for sandwich bread, like a baguette or sourdough and she said that she didn't have any bread. Very disappointed.

Worst sandwich ever. Tasteless and extremely dry and almost all bread. We were traveling through from Vegas to Portland and stopped off at Keizer. I was absolutely starving after traveling through the desert with NOTHING to get until we hit basic civilization, and I truly would have eaten anything. Well. That turned out not to be the case. I ordered the Smokey Buffalo Chicken Melt and took about 2 bites before I decided it was totally not worth it, and I would rather not eat...than eat that. I immediately called and let them know that the sandwich was not very good at all, and that I would just love to get a refund. A refund wasn't possible so she was going to mail me a gift certificate. The gift certificate was never received. I then called and was told that gift certificates were actually not given out and that we would have to come back in to the location to actually get the refund. Well we live in Scappoose and the chances of us being out in Keizer again anytime soon are slim to none. Soooooo I guess I'll just take nothing, and cross Panera Bread off my list for a quick, delicious bite that is always worth the stop :(

Waited for 30 minutes for 2 bagels and some Mac and cheese, workers look depressed, and with the way the managers treat the staff I can't blame them. The line Cooks must have something wrong in the head due to how long they take, food was low quality, overpriced, and the whole panera experience is just awful.

The food Is normally great, today I think they weren’t listening or something cause I asked for no red onions but I wanted frizzled onions and they gave me no frizzled and lots of red onions and pretty much no bbq sauce on the bbq smokehouse… also subbed baguette on a half sandwich and they gave me half size portions of meat on a full size baguette. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ so basically I had bread with a few bites of meat and cheese since there was no sauce or frizzled onions… and I asked for the apple slices and had to get an extra apple cause they didn’t slice the first one and couldn’t take it back to slice it. my husband’s sandwich was greasy and the salad was great too. I think I need to do make my own sandwiches from now on… but as long as you don’t ask for anything outside of the regular menu, you should be good…

Service is always extremely slow at any Panera, but it was even slower because they were out of so many things and the cashier didn't know much about the menu. So, she couldn't answer the customer's questions and had to keep walking to the back to get answers... Also, the ice machine is broken. So, the customers have to ask the people in the back to get them ice (which, I'm sure, delays the orders even more). Just an overall bad experience today. Pretty disappointing.

Honestly can't believe how expensive this place (Panera as a whole) has gotten. I used to be able to get a "you pick two" for under 10$ total, with drink under $15 total. A cup of the Mac was $8 and a sandwich, which I could only get a whole of, was $14. The half tuna salad was $8. It used to be about $4.69 for the half sandwich and $3/$4 for the cup of Mac. The ice machine was down which they don't let customers know at the check out so you buy a drink and then have to have it warm which I think was pretty bad customer service. All in all, I love Panera's Mac and cheese but I found a great dupe recipe to make it at home and don't need to give my money to this greedy corporation anymore which I'm happy about.

Isabell was amazing! The service she provided helped us with ordering and made sure we were extremely comfortable while we dined in. Whoever is her supervisor needs to pull her aside and let her know that she's an amazing job Put that girl in charge! I think other staff members would be able to learn a thing about real customer service. Thank you Isabell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am not one to leave a bad reviews as I understand we are all human and capable of mistakes or not having the best day. Having said that, my experience with Keizer Panera this evening warrants this review. Placed an online order, husband picked it up. Ended up being the wrong type of soup (squash instead of brocolli cheddar), and sandwich was missing a title ingredient (avocado). I went back, received an apology and waited 15 minutes while the order was "remade." When I returned home, imagine my shock to find the very food I had just returned, and another sandwich ALSO MISSING AVOCADO. Still no brocolli cheddar soup!!

Excellent customer service at the Keizer Station Panera in Salem, Oregon. I was fortunate enough to have the triple chocolate cookie straight out of the oven! Megan the manager and her staff doing an excellent job! Thai salads, vegetable soup, and chicken Tuscan sandwich excellent. Keep up the good work you all!

Girl at the window had a bad attitude. Just wanted a second to look at the menu when she's repeating in a tone like she hates her life "Thank you for choosing panera how can I help you." She wasn't wearing a mask when I got to the window. Decided not to order. I don't come here often, won't be returning.

I got food to go. the food tasted amazing but I got a bread bowl of soup. But I didn't receive enough soup to fill my bread bowl. It didn't even fill half the bowl. I also found something hard in my chili. It looks like a finger nail but I'm not sure. But other than those two things the place is great. The chili tasted amazing. The steak and arugula sandwich had a good balance of flavor.
