Someone tried to pull my connected wedding ring apart and in the process they did a lot of damage. The ring no longer fit and the alignment was off. In a few weeks Daniel fixed my ring so it looks like it did when my husband put it on my finger for the first time 30+ years ago. He also fixed the tips that held my main marquis diamond and also the tips on the four solitaire diamonds for free. He did an amazing job!

A quality bargain, with personal expert care Dan does a terrific job not only hand-crafting and maintaining jewelry, but also giving individualized rings. Dan designed and altered my ring from scratch, and made customizations according to my feedback (unless my feedback was incorrect, and he knew better, which he DID). Furthermore, Dan finished my ring on a holiday, so I could propose on my time frame. I'd recommend this place for sure💯

DJ and Dan are two guys who really look to add value. I came in on a Monday with a tight money budget and an even tighter time budget. The two really did so much work on their end to fit me into their busy schedule. DJ stayed working with me until we figured out how to make the best of my situation and Dan worked the magic in the workshop. On Friday afternoon, I was walking out on time, with a ring that looked better than I imagined, without going a cent over budget! Extremely impressed with these guys and they are getting all of my referrals!

I brought my wedding ring in to get the center cluster diamond swapped with a whole diamond. I was nervous about leaving my ring and about whether or not I would like it once I got it back. But when I got it I was in love! They did an amazing job and it looks like it was just how the ring was made. They made a suggestion on setting the diamond in lower and it really works. You can tell they really care about their work and that they know what they're talking about.

Count me as highly highly satisfied with my visit here. The diamond in my wife's engagement ring had become loose twice before. I had had previous jewelers tighten the prongs and do some laser work. This time we lost the stone and my wife was in tears. Amazingly we found it on the floor of the car. Dan provided me two possible repair options, good and better, to be sensitive to my budget. Then I asked him what he would do if this was his wife's ring. He presented me with a 3rd plan which would require a lot of detailed work on his part. It was more expensive due to the time involved but I am confident that I will never have to see that look on my wife's face again. Thanks Dan!

We were traveling through Provo and I needed a watch battery replacement. Siri found The Jeweler’s Bench and we stopped in. During our discussions, I mentioned that my wedding band had some prong issues. After throughly cleaning the ring, they located the troubling prongs and made a great recommendation. I then asked about a second support band to round out the ring. After careful study, they made a wonderful recommendation. I was absolutely thrilled. I cannot tell you how delightful, comfortable, pleasing and grateful I am for such great talent and service. Terrific doesn’t even come close to how pleased I am with them. PS: The watch battery works great🤩

My fiance and I went in to just look at rings and we left with a beautiful antique diamond ring. DJ, the salesman, was so helpful and patient. He took time with us to make sure that we saw everything that we wanted to. The jeweler, Dan, was very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. They were a great shop with wonderful prices and even better customer service. I will definitely be back in the future!

I did not feel like I was talking to a typical salesman. They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I felt like I could have walked out at any moment without any guilt. My engraved ring was finished within about 1-1/2 weeks. They can engrave more characters than any of the well-known jewelers. Their prices are great as well. Their other jewelry selections are also very nice. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Dan took great care of us! His craftsmanship and service are a cut above the rest. We needed a 1920's ring set restored, and the sections he rebuilt seamlessly match the original fishtail style. He helped us pick a new main stone and showed us what we could look for and explained tradeoffs really well. It's been two years now and I realized I never left a review and I just had to go back and do that because we love my rings and really appreciate the experience we had in putting it all together.

I purchased a gold wedding band to replace the original one which my husband lost. This happened several months before our fiftieth wedding anniversary. What better gift for a golden wedding anniversary than a gold wedding band. Dan had enlarged the original some time previously so he had a picture of the it and had kept a record of the new size. This was very helpful because this gift is to be a surprise. I chose a ring and a design. Dan stayed late at work and handcrafted the design onto the ring, it looks beautiful, the price was right, and all this was accomplished within 24 hours! Loved the experience! Dan had much knowledge about different gems and diamonds and what would work best. He worked with my timeline and we were able to get the ring within expedited time. It was BEAUTIFUL! Would recommend as a preferred option over the big chain stores.

I'm actually super happy we went here. I had some old gold jewelery to sell and had never done it or knew anything about it. Dan taught us about different things about it along the way and it was a really good experience! I'll definitely be returning for other jewelry needs! Definitely be patient. It's a small business and not a big chain store. So they don't have the staffing and takes a bit longer, but it's worth the wait!

I ordered a beautiful ring on Etsy and only five days later the center stone came loose. Because it wasn’t made at local jeweler’s I was devastated and so stressed about where I could have it repaired. I got online and searched for jeweler repair stores and started reading reviews. I came upon Dan’s shop and the reviews were amazing. So I brought my ring in and not only did he tighten the prongs and secure the center stone, he made it more secure underneath and tightened down a bunch of the other stones in the halo and bands at no additional charge. He’s the nicest guy and so talented at what he does. His prices are so fair and I will be using him for all my future jewelry needs. Can’t recommend his shop enough!

Kind and honest employee’s. I had my Grandmother’s ring shined and they told me all about the history of it and really painted a story of this precious heirloom. They took great care. They are extremely affordable and fair prices. I also had a silver necklace dipped gold. Would 10/10 recommend. You can definitely know they care and are knowledgeable; unlike other jewelers we have gone to in Provo.

DJ and Dan were both amazing! My wife’s wedding ring has lost its diamond and she was devastated. They sat with me and showed me a variety of diamond options and helped me select the best one for my budget. They had to import the diamond and I was concerned that it wouldn’t be done before our anniversary (I was planning on surprising her with the repaired wedding ring as a gift). Holy cow! These guys are awesome! We went there with our original engagement ring, to get a new stone, and never once did I feel like they were trying to "sell" me anything. They were completely open and honest with pricing, and everything! I rarely give 5 stars, but these guys are 10 stars! I felt like they really took time to understand what we wanted. I had a wonderful experience in working with the Jewelers Bench. I contacted them less than a week before my anniversary to help with out with a diamond pendant. The pendant had to be ordered and it was uncertain if we could get everything completed, but they gave me a completion date one-day before my anniversary. I was thrilled to get a text one-day before their completion date (2 days before my anniversary) to hear my diamond pendant was completed. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant and professional. I was impressed also with their attention to detail. It was a great experience!
