Used this dentist for an emergency appointment. They listened and talked me through my options at every stage. Good advice given for after care. Thank you :)

Avoid! Emergency appointment: 10 minutes late and the surgery was not open upon my arrival. One of the rudest dentists I have had the displeasure of meeting very judgemental despite me explaining I have anxiety about the dentist in general this was the first red flag. Asked inappropriate unnecessary questions about my personal habits and tutted and shook her head at my answers. Then she started to tell me what treatment she was going to provide without even looking in my mouth. I called her out on this and she then backtracked looked in my mouth for 2 seconds and said yep going to be £200 for a clean. In what actual world. Clearly just trying to take advantage of people which is evident from the other reviews given.

Awful taken advantage on a bank holiday. Appointment costs £45 then if you are given a prescription you have to pay £25 for admin which then you have to take to a pharmacy and pay again. Daylight robbery dingy place not to be trusted.

Avoid this clinic. People work here are not responsible for their work. I paid £5000 to have my teeth done and my appointments were always cancelled. I was not impressed with the results and responsibility and I will appeal to Ombudsman Services because £5000 is a huge amount.

Ana was so sweet so was the reception lady. Had some stains from using Corsodyl and Ana sorted it out for me. Lovely ladies. Will be back for monthly check ups! Thank you for the toothpaste Ana🩷

Very polite and welcoming staff. Asked me every few minutes if I was okay and allowed me to take small breaks as I was feeling quite claustrophobic. I’m grateful for having registered at such an amazing practice 🙏

This dentist is absolutely shocking!! My partner has nothing but problems trying to sort out an appointment that always gets cancelled! Clearly this dentist isn’t interested in its loyal customers and only focused on new money making schemes! Over the past 3 years my partner has had nearly half of her appointments cancelled due the dentists other priorities! After paying a considerable amount of money at the practice over the last 30 years and recently paying a lot of money for a teeth straightening services it is absolutely appalling service! I would definitely not recommend this to anyone!

Booked for an emergency root canal for my father at 1:40pm and he was seen at 2:30pm. The price for the root canal was given over the phone at £350, after paying for the first consultation at £45 over the phone. The initial agreed price went up by over £350 meaning that the total root canal would have cost my father £700. Not professional at all, if you can't honor your initial given price. A place not be trusted.

I have had an excellent experience today and wanted to share as there are some negative reviews. My dentist advised some weeks ago I had a cracked tooth and booked me in to have it removed next week. I had 2 night of agony and couldn't get an earlier appointment unfortunately. I rang Peel Green dental in the hope they could fit me in. Yes I had to pay £45 initially and was dreading having to pay another large sum for extraction. The dentist who saw me was lovely and after examining advised I had a bad infection and that was causing the pain. Hd said he could remove the tooth and then treat with antibiotics but it was expensive and suggested I got antibiotics that would ease the pain quickly and keep my appointment next week with my usual dentist to have the tooth out. It cost £35 for the prescription and quite honestly I would have paid hundreds to get rid of the pain! He was honest and explained everything in detail. Based on my experience I would recommend this dentist

Absolutely fantastic experience my dad is so scared of the dentist, he’s bridge came out and after phoning round numerous dentists he got an appointment with Numman, what a lovely person he is and made my dad feel really at ease, the dental nurse Charlotte was the most sweetest young lady so welcoming and polite, Numman put my dads bridge back in, my dads really happy with the service he received and will be attending this dentist if he has any further problems, Numman and charlotte are an asset to peel green dentist, if I could give 10 stars I would my dad was so happy he got his smile back. So thank you so much Numman and Nurse Charlotte, fantastic at what you do 🥰

I was a bit worried after reading a lot of the reviews but I can't tell you how Wonderful Hannah and Charlie were Being a nervous patient they put me at my ease from the moment I entered the surgery. Would definitely recommend. (They dropped 1 star as there was no parking and the awkward way you had to pay)

Muneeb, Charlie & Numaan treated my elderly mum. They were amazing with her, helped put her at ease and supported her through the treatment. She was so nervous about going to the dentist but we didn’t need to worry. They were totally professional and kind and considerate in their work . I would recommend them absolutely.
