As a customer at Rapport Dentistry, I have the pleasure of experiencing exceptional dental care under the expertise of Dr. Monica Cueva and her assistant Kate. Despite my nerves about undergoing a periodontal surgery I can confidently say that my experience at Rapport Dentistry is exceptional. Monica and Kate provides me with a level of care and support that makes any process much easier to bear. Not only is Monica incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but her gentle approach during the surgery has helped me remain calm and comfortable throughout. Kate's helpful and friendly demeanor also made a huge difference in making me feel at ease. Monica and Kate always have a smile on their faces, and their professionalism and expertise is immediately evident. I highly recommend Rapport Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care, especially those who may be anxious or nervous about undergoing a procedure. The experience was truly outstanding, and I give them five stars without hesitation!

My wife and I Just signed up with this practice through Denplan and the process could not have been more straightforward.The initial appointments were thorough and professional and all staff were custyomer focussed. My wife is in a wheelchair and she was looked after throughout the visit.

As someone who gets very anxious at the dentist. I can happily say this was a pleasant experience. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful with providing information on dental plans. I saw Dr Brooks (who I used to see years ago at a previous practice) his demeanour hasn't changes still wonderfully reassuring. I was amazed how much he remembered of me and we chatted a bit about our travels before he checked everything over. What I really like is how he explains everything and tells me exactly what he is going to do and reassuring me throughout. My only regret is staying at the other practice for so long!

We always experience excellent service at this dentist. Both Dentist Matthew and Hygienist Kate provide extremely competent and knowledgable care. We have every trust in them. The front of house reception has always been warm and friendly too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dental practice. .

I choose Rapport Dentistry for my Invisalign, after researching which practice I wanted to use. From start to finish the whole process was brilliant. Chameera is a great dentist, as is his assistant. Everything was explained to me clearly. I so happy with my teeth. The reception team are also great. The communication is fab!
