I recently had a fantastic experience at Starbucks Parswood. The service was truly exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff were. Even though I had a little mishap and spilled my drink, they immediately replaced it without any hesitation, despite it being my fault. Their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is truly commendable. I can confidently say that I can't fault the service at Starbucks Parswood. It's a place that truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Bought a coffee and sat down, the old guy whos worked there for 20 years apparently, told us we couldn't sit here unless we had a ticket to see a film. We apologised and said we'd be on our way shortly....he then walked off muttering something about it "not being a dos house" and us "loitering". Fun fact for ya pal, your a separate franchise that rents the space off cineworld so YOUR customers can sit down even without a ticket. Also loitering would mean we hadn't bought anything...we did. Summary.........rude staff, bad quality coffee for starbucks.

A larger tea is not more tea, its more hot water and weaker tea... Hmmm. Still represents a nice break in the day and the coffee is obviously good and the place clean, bright and comfortable

Visited with my children on Sunday morning after watching a film. The chap that served us was rather miserable and gave the impression he did not want to be there. He provided an average service contrary to what I expect from Starbucks. My skinny Micha was pretty ordinary. I will certainly not be revisiting. Overall an extremely poor experience. 1/10

Normally don't have any issues but the last couple of times I've been in seems to always be an issue, either no oat milk in or the decaff machine is broken. Seems to be an on going theme in here ATM.

ordered one of the new seasonal cold brews, absolutely dreadful. Felt so sick after that. Tasted like the milk had gone off. The service was slow and messy. Never again!!!

My favourite Starbucks! I go here regularly due to its brilliant location and the fact that the staff who work here are so friendly and kind. Always smiling and happy and make a great hot chocolate when it's cold and raining.

I absolutely LOVE starbucks and don't mind paying a little extra to get a great coffee just how I like it. I adore the winter flavours and wish they kept them all year round.

A good variety of hot & cold drinks & snacks. Staff are very friendly. Clean & tidy inside. Will visit again

Absolutely disgusting customer service . They don’t respect students . I watched the manager kick out 2 students because they were sat without ordering . They were not causing any troubles or chaos they were sitting minding their own business but the manager kicked them out as apparently’ they are not allowed to sit because they come here every morning for 5-10 minutes without ordering ‘ the students explained that their school is not open yet and it’s freezing outside and they are just sat for 10 minutes until school opens . the manger still kicked them out and called their school . She also wouldn’t let them use the cineworld toilet !! How inhumane and disgusting . Feel really bad for the students I hope they can sort it out and get their right back from that horrid customer service !!!! I have checked the Starbucks website and it says u are allowed to sit without ordering !!!!
