Good shop has everything you could want and more, staff are friendly and very helpful, easy access and a electric stairs to all floors, cafe on top floor is very nice easy to access and prices are average. I'd say well worth a trip in it also has an ice land fown stairs on the ground floor which is an advantage.

The RANGE as we all knew so far is not that anymore. Prices are out of RANGE. Even on casual usual items. Not Helping.

Just popped into Range, served by Kyle and Jess....absolutely lovely people. Great customer service, so so helpful. People are quick to complain, we've got to share the good amongst us more. And The Range are lucky to have these two working for them! Thank you guys ☺

Craft section is being moved further back all the time, it will be in the delivery bay soon. Guessing crafts are not so popular in this area. Loved the Halloween range. Young lady on the till was very helpful and pleasant.

The Range is a great place for things you don't know you need to you get there. Loads of choice for the house and home. Some things are a bit pricy but there is other stuff that is cheap so it balances itself it. Free parking too 👍

1st ever visit to The Range, absolutely loved it. The only thing is it needs to have trollies in there, not just baskets, haha. I could've quite happily spent hours looking round if I had a trolley to lean on lol...

Decent supply of majority of things arts and crafts garden furniture, paints, toys, only thing wrong with this store is it isnt a megastore needs to fully take over the building so Morrisons is gone totally and its just 1 giant Range

Nice store for this area with ample parking and too much stuff to buy. They need more staff to assist the customers.

Not the best, not the worst. They didn't have what I went for and the member of staff I asked for help seemed pretty clueless and was no help.

Terrible... I bought a hot drink cup £10 it said anti leak on the cup it leaked all over my car. I took it back and 2 of the staff including the manager said we can't take it back as its been used. Might be me not sure but how on earth could I know it leaked before I used it. I got my money back in the end but only after unnecessary arguments

I ordered a Clay Chiminea from The Range. When it arrived I opened the box to find that it was smashed. Not just a little crack; literally smashed to little pieces. This is due to the way the item is packaged for shipping; with no protection other than the box and the iron stand taped to the clay fire; insuring any knock would damage the item. I contacted The Range to inform them that the item was unusable. They ignored me. I negatively reviewed The Range on Trustpilot which prompted them to get back to me. They agreed to have the item collected as I am housebound. I told them I am available at all times and waited for them to sent me collection date; they didn’t. After ignoring 2 emails asking for confirmation of collection, I received an email contradicting everything I was promised and telling me I have to return the item myself. This I can not do because of my disability so I will lose my money. I live on a very low income and this will sink me. Don’t buy anything from The Range. Please avoid. Update 1/12/22 with no prior communication the shipping co turned up to collect the Chiminea and a week later a refund arrived. No idea what this all about but I will not be buying from this company again.

Always find the essentials or any extras I need. The staff is nice and helpful. However, I would like to note that there is often lack of cashier personnel and the waiting line can become lengthy. I do understand that they have to help and stay on the floor, but I feel bad for the black lady who seems like taking most of the customers on her own shoulders. As well as being the most productive in there. At least give her a pay rise. #range #helpthatladyinthetillmore

It's nice place but little smal. So I couldn't find what I was looking for. However, it's nice place to buy various house decor stuff.

Everything was priced up wrong and had to show staff where I got my product from which happened twice so then had to queue back up twice and pay different price to what was shown on shelve not happy at all
