My wife and I have been attending here since August 2016 and we don't know where we would be in life right now if it wasn't for this clinic. All of the staff is extremely polite and forthcoming. It is by far the cheapest treatment you can receive. We also live in Logan so we were traveling quite far to stay sober and we committed ourselves to it. Amber , the program director, on her own time went ahead and asked the state to bump us up to phase 6, only 2 weeks after we had just moved up to phase 2, because she knew we were committed to the program and our sobriety and that we had been driving all that way for 3+ months. So this staff is extremely committed to helping all of their patients succeed in life and only wants the best for you. As far as the money payments this is the only clinic that I'm aware of that let's you pay as you go and not ask for a whole weeks worth of payment up front. So if you are reading this and need help or know of someone that needs help don't hesitate to call them or better yet go in and chat with them because if you or someone else is committed to change and soberity this is absolutely the place for you.

I attended this clinic about 3 and a half years ago. I was just homeless and had started treatment while pregnant. The center was very accommodating and took any concerns I had into consideration. I actually enjoyed going in every morning even after my baby was born because a certain nurse always was happy to see me and made me feel welcome. Lindsey who I believe still works there now was such a joy to be around and always made my day. I am still sober and stopped in to visit the clinic right before Christmas. I had moved out of state after getting sober and this was my first time back. I couldn't wait to see Amber thr director and tell her about my progress. There were happy tears.🥰 Physically the center has improved since I was there. The new location looks amazing! I have gone back to college and am graduating in 1 1/2 years, I have a steady job, and have been able to pay off all my debt since getting sober. I would not have been able to do these things if it weren't for the support and treatment from these wonderful people. Methadone is not for everyone but it worked for me and my situation. Hope you all can get the help you need here too.

Bountiful Treatment Center…. SAVED MY LIFE!!!! Recovery is real! And it is possible!!!! I had zero life left in me, dying wasn’t even my biggest fear anymore. I was so far past that point of wanting to actually live any longer. But, the day I made it into Bountiful Treatment center was the best decision I’ve made in 8 years!!!! It breaks my heart how many people I’ve lost including my own wife to addiction… So please if you even have the tiniest bit of desire left in your heart, show up! Make an appointment or JUST SHOW UP! It works!!!

When I first got into recovery and treatment I started at a different facility where I was treated as a number not a person. The staff at New Season BTC has always been respectful, encouraging, and supportive in so many way. My counselor has helped me navigate through the terrible disease of addiction and provided guidance to find the root cause of my addiction. I feel safe and cared for at BTC. I know when I’m struggling, having a bad day or need some extra counseling, the help is always available. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone and everyone!!

The low rating isn't a reflection of the local staff who are committed to helping local folks obtain sobriety. The low rating is for the corporation that owns this clinic. They treat these dedicated staff like disposable resources. I guarantee the staff you start with, won't be the staff you finish with. And that's sad. Do better!

Each employee at New Seasons has their own special quality. I've only been going 1yr and I know I'd be dead without them. What I love most is if you're having a deep conversation with someone, they never hesitate to share their own stuff if it applies. It's a personal experience not a robotic one. Each person is very special to me for different reasons. If I could change or improve anything it would be the turn over rate with Counselor's. Love you guys! MUAH 💋

I am aggressively looking for a different place. They are incredibly disorganized, and have no accountability whatsoever. I was switched counselors, even after I was asked if I wanted to and I said no. My new counselor, Serena, has yet to even meet with me, and it’s been 3 months. She breaks every appointment she schedules with me, I call multiple times with no answer and then am told “if I really wanted to do counseling, I’d make it happen”. They are threatening to withhold doses because I “don’t do my counseling”. I am constantly late for work because they decide I need to UA even when I am not on the list for that day, meaning I have to wait for them to print paperwork for me—when they have all the paperwork ready to go for everyone else UA-ing that day? You’ll notice they only respond to the 5 star reviews here, another sign they have no accountability for anything they do wrong. Never seen a place of business so dysfunctional.
