Love love love. Best fast food out there. Never disappoints!!! I have the app and used my points to get a free brownie. If you forget your cash/card you can pay with Apple pay. Quick service and friendly staff.

I got the deluxe chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good and juicy. The waffle fries could of been a little more crisp but they where still good. I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce. It has a nice smokey flavor to it. The food was prepared fast and fresh. Overall was a pleasant dining experience 👍

Chick-fil-A is always delightful! But, the line was all to out side of the store, how everything the service was very fast! Unfortunately my grilled chicken was warm towards cold! The restroom are not clean either. Update: The store manager refunded my check for this meal!

Always busy and great service. Good (not great) food. A bit pricey for what it is. Popeyes is better for chicken but service is way better at Chick-fil-A. At least ownership has good values and does a lot for community and its employees.

The place was packed and I didn't have much time but since there isn't one back home I made it a priority to stop and I'm very happy I did. My family and I placed a rather large order but it came out so quick we hadn't picked a table to sit at yet! The service was even better as busy and fast paced as it was they gave me service with a smile! Wish Chickfila would get it's act together in Buffalo....

One of my favorites. Parking and access are the only negatives here. Very popular but they handle the volume efficiently. I love the fried chicken so I cannot fault them for serving it. They do offer healthy options. Chicken biscuits in the morning are the best and the biscuits are always perfect. Chicken salads are very good.

Chicken sandwich n Waffle fries Strawberry shake❤️ and a Cobb Salad.. Food is always a win win at this location. Service was excellent

I don’t go here unless it’s a request from daughter which this was, about an hour before it was to close. Got a combo with a coke, also a large lemonade. The large lemonade had maybe a cup of lemonade the rest was ice ! Barely any lemonade. Disappointed ☹️

Great food, courteous staff, and the dining room has always been clean the times I’ve visited this Chick-Fil-A. The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is because of service. And this is more specifically because two of the times in the last two months that I’ve visited this CFA, one of which was this evening, I’ve had an app reward for a free chicken sandwich. And I’ve ended up getting charged for the (what was supposed to be free) sandwich by the cashier, even after I’d scanned the redemption code and asked at the register if my free reward had been accepted. To be fair, both those times the cashiers appeared to be new employees. But it appears that they could use more training on using the CFA app and, more specifically, redeeming customers’ rewards at the register. But that is my only issue I’ve had. Otherwise keep up the good work!

I waited while no one was in line for 5 minutes. The employee at the counter was right in front of me and did not say hello or any kind of greeting. Then began talking to coworker and I had to ask “can I order something?”. The employee then said, “no you’re screwed sir” then said kidding I can take your order. Absolutely disrespectful and rude. Will Potts is the employees name and I hope someone from management sees this.
