Apartment itself is cozy but witnessed mice. When addressed my concern, was told it’s my responsibility to purchase traps. Hallways of buildings are nasty and dirty. Spider webs, dried spit everywhere and hallway carpet filthy which smells of urine and pet fur. Karen never answers the office phone but will be sitting right at the office desk. Was promised an accent wall since I moved in and still don’t have it done. Was told that the intercom works when I moved in but come to find out it doesn’t and KAREN stated it costs too much to get replaced so it’ll continue to remain broke. The rent is too expensive for management to be passive about the building upkeep! I’ve also witnessed her tell some tenants (her friends) other tenants business! It’s so many unit vacancies in these buildings because they’re quick to evict and not fix what’s wrong with the buildings but increase in rent!

I've been a tenant at the complex for 20 plus years. The staff is amazing, whenever I call with a problem Whether after hours or during regular business hours, the calls are always responded to as well as issued handled in a timely manner. Maintainence, will assist you to clean and shovel your car out in the winter time, they will even offer to take your trash to dumpster if they see you headed out with. They are all courteous, friendly, and professional.

Lived here bout 2.5 years. It's in a convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Staff are awesome and the apartments are very nice and worth it. They're willing to work with you and they always address complaints in a timely manner. Maintenance staff always fix things in a timely manner as well and are qualified professionals and not random from wherever. I loved it here and hope u will too

You need to drug test your maintenance people, then start over. Half of the Tennant's can't stand it anymore and its ruining a nice community into the ground. " Your only as strong as your weakest employee" remember the maintenance are supposed to be the example not the problem. If they don't like their job why did they bother to work their? The fact is the majority of the tenants are afraid of the maintenance people. A new owner or management company are long overdue. I am genuinely concerned and truely feel sorry for the descent people that have to live their cause their poor and have no choice but to suffer. YOU ALL NEED TO HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME. I have lived a woodhaven for a few years now ,I'm really happy to have such a good maintenance they are very helpful and always on top of things. This complex has came along way since I've moved in . And always good to see it get better . I've lived at a few other complex's before but this one is by far the best . Location wise and very convenient . Only thing that is a downer for me is I wish they was a way to drop off my rent check around office hours due to my work schedule . Other than that great place

Terrible leasing agents. The owners of this property which is Barrington residence don’t care about their workers nor their tenants. They don’t fix anything. Hot out is out daily. All maintenance come and do is reset the boiler and a few hours later the hot water is out again. The leasing office is never open and no one ever answers the phone. When rent due though they be emailing and leaving letters though. But can’t correct issues. The basement smells like backed up sewers! Two of the 5 washers work and the 4 dryers they have one is completely broken and the others don’t dry your clothes. There is always kids hanging out in the halls and littering. I would never ever recommend this place! My lease up soon and I’m running out of here!

Just moved into my new (updated) apartment and I LOVE love love it! Everything is brand new and I mean everything! Karen in the office moved me over from another apartment that hadn't been updated yet, at my request. I didn't really want to move again, but Karen made my transition effortless (besides the actual moving portion, haha) Her professionalism and positive attitude are always on point!!! Highly recommend!

Karen is a VERY GOOD property manager! She does everything she is suppose to do! Did you ever think that maybe there is a reason they have a bigger dog not her just “favoring” people. Instead of assuming you should probably go to the office and ask before bashing the property/Barrington. And to assume that she favors her daughter is ridiculous and immature on your part. She does her job the way she is suppose to, abides by all rules and laws. Goes out of her way to make sure the residents get everything they want and need!
