Worst Staples I have ever seen, and I have seen many, in terms of out of stock items all over the place. Staff members walking around without being in uniform, and have no interest in providing assistance. The combination of these factors, places it on management. Just the out of stocks? Ok, maybe a delivery is coming. Just the poor customer service? Maybe just someone having a bad day? Just people working, at a Staples (a store that wants to have a professional image), in hoodies? Maybe the manager was off for the day. Combine all of them, and the root of the problem is at the top, with the store manager.

I've been using the printing services here to print out pretty weird and at times complicated photo collage things for art projects I've been working on... After a few months of this every one at the printing counter not only recognized me and greeted me etc, but *every* staff member I talked to gave me advice on how to get the best print for an artistic effect. (some suggestions were to avoid printing errors , some were just cool art presentation ideas I never would've thought of). I literally started to look forward to picking up my print jobs and hear their take on how it came out lol Anyways, I'm writing this review after moving out of the area, because I'm sad I have to go print at another Staples now - This crew obviously cannot be topped (': thanks for being kind, efficient, and invested in my weird art prints, fam!

ILLYA was the tech expert working this morning and I am EXTREMELY grateful for his help in deciding on a printer!! Every business should have staff well trained as he is 🙂

I want to recognize the incredible job Eddie, the manager, did on behalf of a client recently. While Staples made the initial error in printing an important document (it wasn't scanned in properly, and therefore the job was never completed), Eddie stepped up to the plate at 2PM on a Sunday to individually copy over 170 pages from a binder, then put each page back in its protective sleeve cover. He mobilized his staff to cover for him, and was able to finish the project to my satisfaction by the 5PM closing time. I greatly appreciate his efforts to make a customer happy. Moreover, he (rightfully yet graciously) comped the job. Thanks, Eddie, for being a true leader and putting the customer first!

Teresa the manager and her staff are hard working people. This is America to be accepted, appreciated and respected. These folks go above and beyond. They try very hard and explain things along the way. We should project positivity in places like this. Not negativity. If staples left we would have a hard time managing the things we need them for. Please folks let’s try to give mercy and Grace a chance especially after 2020. No one or thing is perfect, but to show up and be willing is amazing. I am sure they want your print jobs done well, they want your purchases to be working for you. No one at this store wants you to have a bad experience nor a bad product consider this when dealing with our local businesses.

ThIs place is amazing. I've been coming here for 10 years and their service is always outstanding. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and great prices. Over and. Above. Tonight I forgot my wallet, because I was coming to pick up an online order. The order didn't arrive on time but the associate who helped me gave me an automatic 20 percent savings so I could get my work finished tonight. He has worked here awhile and Iwish I could Include his name but its not on the receipt. My friends from out if town are always amazed by the great service.

Honestly the most exceptional group of staff I’ve ever encountered at any store/business! Not only were they helpful, they were truly friendly and kind and took the time to speak to me on a personal level as a human being and not just a customer. I will go back for this reason alone!

I have shopped in this brick and mortar store for years in the hope of getting good customer service. Sadly, it hasn't been worth the extra effort. The staff is friendly enough, but during my latest trip to this store the manager was condescending and dismissive when I tried to return a faulty product, and its not the first time the local management has refused to stand buy this store's inventory. I wouldn't buy any printer products here, and I'd definitely stay away from the print cartridges. From now on, I'll shop on-line for my business needs...and definitely not at Staples. For the last minute stuff, I'll go to Walmart.
