It had been a nightmare working with the Watsonville kaiser during my pregnancy. Every time i have an appointment, its chaos. Either they are canceling last minute or don't know why im scheduled for an appointment. This place has done nothing but stress me out. Im actually changing my insurance because its been that stressful and i dont want to continue being treated by them

My experience as a pregnant Watsonville and Scotts Valley Kaiser patient was an easily avoidable nightmare. This nightmare culminated with Kaiser doctors tersely telling me, with hardly any explanation, that my 13 week old daughter was “unviable” and that I needed to terminate in 48 hours. Multiple outside doctors then told me my daughter had every chance at life. That same baby Kaiser declared “unviable” was born on Easter and is alive and healthy. The Watsonville doctors were terrible, sloppy, and the place as a whole is extremely disorganized. Expect delayed treatment, unanswered calls, long holds, and bad medical care if you need anything more than a flu shot. If you are a Kaiser patient and are told by a Kaiser doctor that your baby is not viable or are told, as I was, to terminate your pregnancy, I beg you to get second opinions from Sutter or Dignity Health. Do not be scared!

I just been to Watsonville clinic for my son optometrist and waited for 15-30 mins. They still haven’t call my son. He has autism and upset with the appointment. I canceled the appointment because we or he can’t wait then I tried to reschedule a new appointment but the clerk didn’t even both checking for the first available appointment on the computer, all she said is the first available appointment is in March 2022. Which is false! I made an appointment in February 2022 with a different clerk than her. My experience with this facility is horrible. In conclusion, we had to wait more than 15-30 mins for optometrist and never got call and when I tried to reschedule the new appointment the gal clerk didn’t bother to check for first available appointment. I would not recommend this clinic at all.

I am extremely happy with the Watsonville clinic. I have a great doctor, the pharmacy , lab and X-ray department have less waiting and better service than other clinics. Response to emails is good. They have certain days I can get an optometrist or ophthalmologist and ear doctor, the specialist I need. In other words, no complaints. Also, very clean clinic..

Excellent care and easy check in with text. Great Dr., and so friendly in the Lab and Pharmacy. Very nice office and extremely happy with all the experiences I've had here.

I have been here Multiple times for myself and my children. The people at the front desk are friendly caring and smile. They have helped me get files to where they need to go. The urgent care is amazing! It’s quick hardly any wait. I love that I can’t get labs done and shop at the pharmacy all in the same place! I’m so happy to have Kaiser so close!

I’m in and out! They are friendly and helpful. Have not one single bad thing to say regarding my service. Kaiser has been a great change to my traditional insurance in that you know what to expect. The most frustrating part of seeing physicians is waiting 30 minutes in a waiting room followed by 20 minutes in a patient room before your ever seen by a physician who spends 5 minutes with you. A 1pm appointment starts at 1:50. That to me is infuriating and ridiculous. It has become an inexcusable industry standard. My Kaiser visits, all of them, have been on time and many times I have had a doctor waiting. Using the online app has been incredibly handy too for video visits and the support I have gotten from everyone has been tremendous. Thank you!!

Kaiser Watsonville is absolutely fantastic! My outstanding primary care physician is there and the nursing staff are all kind, professional, and courteous. The pharmacy staff and knowledge and very experienced (they do need additional pharmacists, though) as are the radiologists and lab technicians. I’m always welcomed with a friendly smile and “How can I help you today?” greeting from the people at the front desk. Thank you Kaiser Watsonville for providing me with such wonderful health care!
