This luxury apartment, unfortunately, has a significant noise issue. Moreover, it's worth noting that a considerable number of residents in Building B are young college students. 1. It appears that some residents take pleasure in using the slide during late hours in the tree house (sadly in the middle of building B, close to every apartment), which can be incredibly disruptive to others. 2. Without fail, they host parties every single weekend, involving dancing, smoking, laughing, drinking, engaging in intimate activities, and even running around the building. Needless to say, this level of noise is far from conducive to a peaceful environment. 3. Additionally, certain individuals partake in late-night conversations and guitar playing in the courtyard, causing disturbances to those trying to rest. 4. The security has been slow to respond when called upon. Regrettably, some of the young people have shown disrespect towards security personnel, merely saying "hi" as if it's a trivial matter. 5. Reporting issues to the property management doesn't result in prompt actions being taken. If you prioritize a quieter and better-organized living environment, you might want to explore other options and consider avoiding this luxury apartment. We suffer from noisy issue every day!!!!

You can hear a lot of stomping, especially if you live under or next to the club house. EDIT 12/4/2023: back to 1 star, lots of 5 star reviews for the leasing office, but few from folks who actually live here… EDIT 11/21: there has been a notable improvement on maintenance efforts. Ive edited the stars to reflect that. Hopefully this is a longer trend. Common spaces and hallways also have poor cleanliness because theirs only one janitor for the entire 2 buildings! You can also tell a lot of construction decisions were rushed: common problems with paint, doors, etc. wouldn’t recommend at full price.

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. Neighbors are noisy and every night there are noise issues in both buildings. Non-residents tailgate and enter the community. Parking is not enforced at all. See for yourself and you'll notice cars parked overnight in spaces reserved for Future Residents. They (meaning the Leasing Office) sends multiple notices reminding residents to park in their own assigned space, picking up their pet wastes, trash and keeping noise level down but no one cares. Also the handle bar for P2 A2 Elevator has gone missing for almost year hasn't been repaired yet which means it difficult to open the door for the elevator. P1 A2 Elevator also doesn't lock at all. If you are late for rent they will hit you with a notice on your door immediately but if you have a concern they will take weeks to address it if they even remember. Typical corporate landlord only looking to fill vacancies with new residents but has no regard for existing residents once they signed the lease.

I'm surprised why this awesome place has a rating on Google maps less than 5. I just love these apartments, everything here is perfect: the area is large, very clean, well-kept and beautiful gardens, the interior is very beautiful and modern, secure parking and many spots for guests. Be sure to take a guided-tour and you will see with your own eyes how wonderful this place is. Amenities at the highest level: several grill areas, a swimming pool, a hot tub on the lower and top level, a nest with a slide, an office area, a gym with Technogym equipment. 10/10! Special thanks to the staff of these apartments and Stephanie Cruz from the leasing office. The most friendly, welcoming and caring guys. They will help you in all situations, once they even helped us to jump start our car. Stephanie is a professional, who made us fall in love with our apartment at first sight. For us, these are the best apartments from the entire line of Prometheus complexes.

Her professionalism and dedication made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The support from the other agents was equally commendable! Highly recommend the Hadley for anyone looking for top-notch service in a modern and clean building.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are on about, but I think this place is pretty awesome. The leasing office is super responsive and promptly deals with any maintenance or resident issues. The focus on cleanliness is evident through the dedicated cleaning staff. All in all, living here's been great. It's chill, safe, and comfortable – totally worth it in my book.

Haven't decided to move in yet, so just talk about the community and the leasing service here. The view is beautiful and the units we visited had minimum noise. Amenities are great. It was really a wonderful experience touring the community with Dariel.

Sharing the rating of our experience while deciding upon the apartment. We did it online and Stephanie was extremely helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and went apartment to apartment, across the buildings to show every unit we requested to tour virtually. She was very helpful and kind. Excited to move in!!
