We ordered pancakes (2 stack) with strawberries & chocolate stuffed in it. They were delicious and really big portions. Vegetarian Omelette was also a huge portion with hash brown and a lot of toast. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! The ambience was nice and just like a breakfast place should be. Their shake was also yummy and their coffee was one of the good ones I’ve had.

Bajis is a very quaint cafe on Old Middlefield, next to many car repair shops. I have come to always associate fixing my car and coming here for brunch/ lunch if its a quick fix. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and gives off a warm feeling. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. I had the omelett, pancakes, and milk shake, which are all stellar. The steak as expected is not going to be as scrumptious as at an expensive steakhouse. I sat in the outside area with my dog and was pleased to see they had radiators for warmth. While nice to have, the lights can get a little too bright/ hot for comfort. Overall I can highly recommend this place!

Giving the benefit of the doubt due to covid but the sausage gravy was okay and portion did not match the size of plate leaving an underwhelming impression. The coffee was also not that good, and for 4 bucks you've got to justify it some more. Bajis breakfast hash was much better and cheaper. Clearly this place has a lot of options so would categorize this place as a jack of all trades but master of none. Until next time...

Really good simple breakfast! Not to mention very friendly staff. Ok I know...I ordered a simplistic breakfast but it was good. Scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, red potatoes and sourdough toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Soft not too soft, the chicken sausage was very flavorful and the toast was nice and thick; buttered perfectly. All accompanied but a vanilla cappuccino with extra shots of espresso. This is place to go for big hearty breakfast with nice waiters. THUMBS UP if you like Bajis Cafe or this review please.

My friends have lived nearby for years and LOVE everything about Baji’s, from the friendliness to expediency to staff remembering locals’ orders. Our fare was all super good. Happy to have discovered this little gem!

Wait staff (Edgar especially!) were very friendly, breakfast came just as I ordered it. Eggs over easy were deliciously gooey, perfect for dunking my toast into. The chorizo had a nice grill marks and wasn't too greasy. So glad I came here instead of the chain restaurant nearby. Will come again!

I thought I had posted pics and rave reviews about a year ago but couldn't find it, so am posting another one. Most recently picked up breakfast this past Monday. Packaging still on point. Poached egg in the paper cup. Extra bonus points for including decent napkins and utensils without having to ask. I really like that you can customize things, for example i wanted a poached egg, hash browns, and bacon so I ordered them as sides or a la carte. I never want toast or any type of bread, which is often included, so I love this option. Poached egg was a little hard, but I prefer that to so runny there is liquid yolk everywhere when you pick it up. Bacon is thick and chewy, kind of like ham. Hash brown was fluffy and soft and smelled a little like when my frozen oreida hash browns absorbed some smells. I prefer more crisp on the outside. But all in all, a quick convenient breakfast that I didn't have to make, checks boxes. Fyi, ketchup does have high fructose corn syrup. Not an issue for me other than extra garbage, since I don't use ketchup on my breakfast eggs, bacon or hash browns.

Staff is always SO friendly. Been coming for years and can't ever pass up the Funhouse Hangover. Perfect every time and 110% worth the ~$20.

Were there for Sunday breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere. I had the Mexican Sundae with Chorizo, food was good. Would love to go back and try other choices.

Great portions and amazing flavor. I got the number 12 scramble, Chef's Choice, and definitely got it hooked up. The coffee is pretty strong too and the staff are very friendly. Appreciated the bonding with the server/ host. If I'm ever in the area for breakfast again would definitely come back.

The food was excellent; you could tell they use fresh ingredients. The service was outstanding. We made a bunch of substitutions and all requests were accommodated without complain. They even let us try the chilli before ordering. Would definitely recommend this place for it's food.

It's an American breakfast place and not very crowded on a weekday. The food is decent and I only tried the omelette. It's good but then it's not rocket science to make omelettes.

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. I got the eggs Benedict with potatoes. My brother got the chorizo omelette. We are visiting from Denver and will definitely come back here if we are back in mountain view.

Friendly, honey cafe, serving a very good breakfast. Service was excellent--kept coffee filled and hot even on a very busy morning. Steak quesadilla was huge with beef, spinach and cheese combining well--enough for two meals. It's wheelchair accessible, and has attached parking. Will definitely come back.

No wait around 11:30ish today. Ate on little patio and it was pleasant but small. No flowers or decor on wall, just a normal breakfast brunch place. Ate a meat omelet, partner had French toast. The food was quick and hot! Service getting drink refills were hard to come by. No one checked and we had to ask another server to refill drinks and waited a while for check to be brought. The server(s) were kind but may have been working in another area because follow up by the same server didn't happen. We'll eat here again. Coffee and food were tasty.

I ordered from Bajis Cafe for delivery. The Vegetarian Delight dish tasted awesome. The omlette came with assorted veggies and split falafel on the inside. A bed of feta cheese was generously layered on top of the omlette. They had options for side and bread for which I chose to go with hash browns and sourdough slices. This being a brunch location, they sent the food with jam and butter. I definitely want to try more of their items.

Dog friendly! Great experience. Food portion was generous. They even moved us to a bigger table before we got our food. Cannot recommend enough. Love this restaurant.

Really great food! It was served fast and everything was really fresh. We were very pleasantly surprised by how good their skillets are! Definitely will come back here.

Good food and affordable price! The decoration is not modern, yet pretty cozy. Also surprisingly did not need to wait to get a seat for a Saturday brunch.

Took my kids here. Sat us and ignored us for about 1/2 an hour until I said something. My kids are allergic to dairy. Ordered 2 hamburgers, got 2 cheeseburgers. Told them my kids can’t have dairy, brought us 2 burgers with the cheese scraped off. Had to re-order. Staff seemed very irritated with us. Food was probably okay, didn’t really notice….

Bajis has an excellent breakfast menu. I love a place that offers specialty coffee and this place does. I tried a soy latte and it was delicious. The breakfast was delicious. The service was great! I look forward to returning to try more items for breakfast.

Very busy until 1pm on a Sunday, but our waitresse was very efficient. I was disappointed with the undercooked house potatoes and unappetizing sausage.

We came here for father's day for the first time . Best to come early we were seated right away and little by little got busier. Food and service was good but priced are a little higher than other places we go for breakfast. Overall was good

They have outdoor seating (covid) with heaters, plenty of parking, good portions, tasty food and friendly service. All items we tried were good.
