I came here for my older sister’s appointment and she waited 30 minutes for them to cancel last minute. Unprofessional and bad service. I am never setting an APPOINTMENT EVER AGAIN!! DON’T EVER SET AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!

Amazing service the team is extreamly welcoming and friendly as you arrive. Doctors and assistants thank you for caring for us! Always leave happy as a patient there at the clinic .

Receptionists NEED MORE TRAINING!! Many times now they have given my grandfather incorrect appointments. They will hear from me Monday morning because this is ridiculous/frustrating. How hard can it be? Do I need to go myself and show these girls how to properly schedule a patient? At this point I do not want my grandfather to be a patient there anymore. Id advise less gossiping and more working.

receptionists are a literal joke. once you get here they're not even doing anything on their computer they're just talking. they tell you to “give me a second” just for them to finish their conversation and then put you first. i'm usually waiting for about an hour almost 2 for anyone to call me up to see a doctor or my counselor. another incident was one of the receptionists said they got me down for my apt and turns out that they never even put me down that i was here! my counselor saw me himself and called me in. These people need to get their work straight and they need name tags. its annoying and unprofessional.

Pésimo servicio, me ponen la cita desde las 3:15 llegué 2:40 para estar puntual y son las 5:00pm y aún faltan 2 pacientes antes que yo. Y no es la primera vez que pasa esto!!!!!!!!

La peor clínica de Salinas, siempre toca esperar más de 30 minutos y justo hoy llevo 1 hora en espera y aún no me atienden, su atención es pésima… espero y hagan algo al respecto.

Such bad service in general... I have been bringing my mom for her appointment, and she literally takes 3 hrs or more to get attended and helped. Then, when they set appointments, they either called her later or earlier cause they had space but ended up helping her at the time she was supposed to come in? When they give her diagnosis, they always go back on their words. In other words, they contradict themselves. They don't even know what they're saying, and when my mother asked question about other stuff, they literally ignore it and just tell her it's fine and so so. Apart from that, the whole staff seems and sounds so unorganized . My mom tells me how, at times, the doctor assistance is the one giving her the diagnosis while the doctor stays quiet? Like, okay. Apart from that, the nurses and doctors are always saying that one of them doesn't know better than the other one like? Ma'am what do you mean aren't you all licensed? I understand that many nurses and doctors come here to put in "volunteer" hours needed for the medical field, so take this position seriously if you guys(staff) want to transfer out of this place because so far your attitued and service so far here in this establishment is such a joke to even be consider in any place. I'm very disappointed.

Today is Saturday, September 10, 2022. At 4:30pm, I showed up for a walk-in but the facility was closed even though their business hours are posted at the door. It says: MONDAY 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. TUESDAY - SATURDAY 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. I called them to inquire about why they were closed when it's supposed to be open. They had the audacity to put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then the woman who answered my call again was rude and did give me a valid reason when asked again about why the facility was closed when it 's supposed to be open. All she said was," I don't know. They didn't tell us anything." This is not the kind of irresistible business practice that I would tolerate from my employees. Those scheduled that were supposed to be here at this time should be disciplined and/or Terminated.

Las Recepcionistas son muy groceras. No son nada profesionales. Responden de una manera que parece que estan enojadas, gritando como si odiaran su trabajo. Tambien si hablas español te contestan de una forma diferente. Me pasa la malloria de veces que llamo para citas o hacer preguntas.

In response to many of the comments / reviews I read earlier, I wanted to write a review of my experience with CSVS - Sanborn. Granted, I had an appointment, but I was in and out of the clinic in about 45 minutes. The reception and medical assistance staff were friendly, hilarious and helpful. The doctor was quick, but efficient, and addressed all my concerns satisfactorily. Whatever issues seem to have been present 10+ months ago, my experience reflected something vastly different, and my only complaint is that it took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but that timeframe was better than some of the other clinics I contacted.

Horrible. Came here because my son's pediatric office didn't have any tests available. So, they referred me here. Called before coming and was told testing was from 8-10. Have been waiting for over 2 hours and still nothing! If you ever come to this clinic be prepared to wait. They have only called in 2 people for testing in these last 2 hours. Definitely recommend avoiding this place if possible!

When in a couple a weeks about to register as a new patient and was quickly assisted at the door by Nely. She was super helpful and registered me really quickly and gave me some information I requested. She seems really knowledgeable. The place gave me hospital vibes instead of clinic vibes. I’m going in for my first appointment at 830 tomorrow. I’ll give an update on how that went. So far so good.

I was told that my appointment today at 11:45 am was going to be over the phone. Since I didn't get a call, I called at 11:47 to find out why I hadn't received a call and the receptionist tells me that I didn't make it. That I was supposed to go in. Why didn't she say so when she made the appointment? I like my care provider but some of the ancillary staff there are not good.

Si pueden ir a otro lugar haganlo, los medicos aquí son pesimos más de una hora esperando por ser atendidos para que al final te den una medio checada, te cambian citas, no hay médicos disponibles para cuando en verdad se necesitan y su nivel de preparación por preocuparse por la salud de sus pacientes da mucho que desear, si pueden mejor busquen en otro lado
