Like most other In-n-out burgers this one was pretty fast and efficient. Lots of parking spots. Highly recommend this location to the yummy burgers or In-N-Out

Nice have the In n Out Burger after shopping at Gilroy Premium Outlet. Enjoy our favorite fresh french fries and cheese burger.

Just like any other In-N-Out places. But we got our foods much faster than the one in Mountain View. Very good management. For the newbie: I highly recommend the $0.99 milk(see photos please). The fry is not crispy, but you can ask them for extra crispy.

In and Out is soooo good. A 3x3 with chilies, 2 cheese burgers 3 fries and 3 chocolate shake. for me and my 2 kids.

I usually frequent and stop by this In N Out location on my way back to Southern California from the Bay Area. It’s one of the most quickest in n outs I’ve been to in Northern California. Its so convenient and located right off the freeway. The drive thru line has some confusion on which way to enter causing a slight issue for other vehicles to exit the parking lot but seems to be less than a minute or 2. The food quality is good, and special modification / instructions on orders are 9 out of 10 times correct. Though there was one time when I asked for extra lettuce and onions and was literally given just that. But other than that, the food is usually spot on. This restaurant location is definitely well managed

This was our first time trying In-N-Out. I've heard of them for quite a while and it was really good. The burgers were super good but a bit on the small side so I would go for a double next time. Definitely looked better than the single I had. We both got animal fries too which we thought were good but being from Canada it's no poutine. Would definitely go again though and kinda hope they open up some locations in Canada one day.

I’ve been having an out burgers for over 20 years and they haven’t changed one bit. They are tasty and expensive. Most In N Out in California have long line so be prepared to wait in the drive-through for at least 20 minutes or more.

Whenever we come to Gilroy Outlets, we love to get a quick bite here. Their French fries are the best. It’s always busy here. Drive through line is long. But their through put is pretty good, so usually the wait is reasonable.

Incredibly friendly service even when they were busy! Very impressed by how kind, quick and competent the staff are. My first In n Out experience was great - loved the animal style burger. Very generous with toppings and the strawberry shake was delicious. Shout out to Ethan who was working - super friendly and welcoming!

What can you say? They never disappoint. Fresh ingredients. Line up always but the wait is worth it.

Alright taste for an In-N-Out burger, definitely not the best quality as compared to other locations. The buns were burnt and very little sauce was added. The tomatoes and potatoes, however, tasted very fresh! The outside seating was not shaded at many of the tables. The smell of the trash dumpster filled the entire parking lot (smelled like old Caesar salad dressing, maybe they'd just thrown out a batch?). Could definitely use some improvements.

What makes for a good fast food burger chain? Ease of access? The food? The speed of serving? The costs? Cleanliness? In-N-Out burger lives up to its reputation as being the one burger joint enjoyed by Gordon Ramsay. The drive through was easy to access albeit always crowded.. which is a given. The customer base even during off hours is also Long and during lunch expect to wait for ten other orders before yours. This isn't a bad thing however as they don't take long to serve their burgers, and while definitely a guilty pleasure it's delicious. You can't ask much more for a burger joint. At least the male toilet was cleaned well compared to most other chains I've been to. Admittedly, the standard isn't that high. That said, the female toilet had a bad smell to it according to a travel companion of mine. Still, I will say that you can't ask for anything more when going to a burger joint.

California iconic burgers. Gets busy. Usually faster if you park and come in than waiting in your car in the ridiculous drive through line. I've always found a seat inside , they also have a few outside tables.

The burgers and fries are fresh, and a big serve. My experience in In-N-Out in San Francisco is very good. I hope they can open the store in Calgary.

It's hard to give an In-n-Out a bad review. They are consistent. Food is always delicious and fresh. This location is a good one. Staff is always friendly and never misses a beat. Starting to see more transients hanging around, so 4 stars on atmosphere, but for the most part, this is a family-friendly place. I will continue to come here.

I live In-N-Out Burger! This place did not disappoint. Great lunch! As busy as it was, it was only a few minutes until the food was ready. It’s amazing to watch such a well-oiled machine pump out great-quality food so fast. Highly recommend!

I work late, can't make it in most nights, but got off early and treated myself to in n out. Love the double, double animal style and tried the animal style fries for the first time Yum!!!! Wouldn't do it every time, busy yeah, it hit the spot! ♥️

Great staff and great burgers as all other locations! Very friendly staff took our orders in a very efficient way and the burgers are just made as we ordered! One of the staff are constantly making his rounds inside and outside of the restaurant to greet, to assist, to clean, to help with kid’s high chair with a great smile and courteous. In and out’s training program must be a good one and well excused!

This place can do no wrong. Great fresh good food at an affordable price. Second to that is the efficiency and customer service. Customizations to nearly everything on the menu, secret menu, etc. Try one of everything. Visited here last night with probably 75 people after an amazing wedding in the area. The setup allowed staff to serve the general public and not impact their experience too much as we had a dedicated line to rack up all the wedding party orders in bunches and numbers. Thoughtfully planned out we were literally in and out quickly, and everyone got what they wanted. Seating was limited, but we managed to spill outside, and the fact that guests came in a staggered way allowed us to rotate well. The groom and bride were greeted with cheers, and their food was personally delivered to them. What an awesome staff and management to let us mob deep here and let the newlyweds have their in-n-out after wedding experience.

Obviously In-N-Out is great. The food is good and cheap the wait time is quick and the service is phenomenal for the amount of people there are. However while it's great in those aspects. Finding a seat readily available might take a some time. Either you'll opt out to wait a few minutes till a seat you sorta like is available or wait till the so quickly taken booths are available(ie. Good luck with that). Overall a 4 stars out of ten.
