Otro dia tenía cita con la pediatra,me llamaron el día anterior para que fuera a una hora exacta ( llegue antes) y la pediatra se había ido...nadie se hacia responsable.. Tuve que ir a otra sucursal a esperar que la pediatra me atendiera... Hoy 2/12 mi hijo tuvo que ir tres veces porque no le dieron el certificado para mi ni la orden de medicamentos porque estaba en el consultorio médico,mi nene con vomitos y no me dieron la orden para el Domper...por no entrar al consultorio La segunda vez le dieron un certificado equivocado... Lamentableee

    Terrible telephone service. I called 18 times to make an appointment with Pediatrics... A single person cannot be on the phone, answering the public and ringing the bell... Bad service at the pharmacy. They go several times and they serve you reluctantly... We all have bad days, but we pay for service and attention that is not good. The polyclinic does not have the necessary tools to provide care, for example an Ophthalmologist, ordered me to go to an optician for a check-up because he did not have the tools... a disaster.
