I’m 12 and she treated me with so much care. She didn’t let any water get onto my face while washing it and asked me before even cutting an inch off my hair. She was just so genuinely nice and did a great job. I am very happy with how it turned out

I am always nervous to try out new salons after a bad haircut experience but the collective salon made me feel like I was in good hands! I went there just to get a bang trim but my good experience makes it for sure that I’ll go back! Briana was sweet and made sure my bangs were perfect. I am excited to go back and I would recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Serena and the whole staff creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I genuinely look forward to coming to every single time. The time between appointments can’t go quick enough. Serena had helped me with a hair crisis years ago and I have been going to her ever since. I have a place to go that not only makes me feel my best self but gives me a few hours of self care. Which, as a business owner, those moments can be far and few in between and mean so much when I can get them. This is truly a place where you may come as a friend but leave as family and I would hands down recommend their services time and time again.

This has to be the beat salon in all of Saint James! The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed the minute you walk in. The only salon that offers an amazing head massage with with each shampoo. They use quality products. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere with a New York vibe. LOVE this salon! Highly recommend to everyone❣️

I hired collective salon for my wedding and I have to say it was the BEST decision. They were so nice and very kind about every single question I had. I also hired them for my welcome event , this was another a really good job they did! Lexi did my hair and Melissa did my bridal party’s hair! English is my second language and they were so patient with me. They were both great ❤️❤️❤️

I always receive the celebrity treatment at the Collective Salon. All the girls are lovely and when you have to sit in the chair as long as me that matters. Being blonde is not easy but they all make it easier! If you want to be a beautiful blonde or any color of the rainbow I see Bri. She’s done my hair for years and you won’t be disappointed. I always leave with a little extra pep in my step!
