I’m
honestly
surprised
at
all
of
the
good
reviews.
I
went
here
for
a
hydrafacial,
which
I
will
say
was
decent.
The
facility
is
clean
and
new.
The
positivity
ends
there.
The
woman
who
did
my
facial
had
a
lengthy
consultation
with
me
beforehand
that
I
never
asked
for
nor
expected
from
a
facial.
She
took
photos
of
me
beforehand
which
I
thought
would
be
used
as
“before
and
after”
photos.
She
then
scanned
them
using
a
program
I’ve
never
heard
of
and
I
highly
doubt
is
credible,
and
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
I
was
below
the
5th
percentile
in
every
area
related
to
my
skin
and
my
estimated
age
based
on
my
appearance
is
10
years
older
than
I
am.
She
harassed
me
with
questions
about
my
skincare
routine
and
how
“expressive”
I
am.
I
believe
I
look
solidly
my
age.
I’m
regularly
told
I
look
younger.
She
was
trying
to
make
me
feel
terrible
so
I
buy
more
facials
and
Botox
from
them.
She
proceeded
to
make
recommendations
only
a
doctor
should
make
regarding
things
like
hormones
and
topical
medications,
that,
once
I
pressed
her
with
more
questions,
she
had
absolutely
no
idea
what
she
was
talking
about.
This
woman
is
not
a
doctor
and
has
no
related
medical
training.
I
am
so
disappointed
in
the
cheap
tactics
used
here.
Shouldn’t
the
aim
be
to
have
someone
leave
your
spa
feeling
good
about
themselves?
I
will
never
give
Sadhna
another
dime.
