Cacio e pepe! Just had dinner at a new little Italian place- Flora’s Pizza Cafe I can not say enough good things about this place! It’s only been open 2 days and Im SO happy I got there before it gets well known and you can’t get a table. The owners are warm and friendly but more importantly the food is Amazing! Yep there’s a pizza counter (dough risen 48hrs- chewy & crispy) but it’s the sit down experience that will have me coming back. Again— Cacio e pepe!

Fun time dinner for six. Hard working owners and staff on a very busy Saturday night. The table was waiting for us due to a recommended reservation. Nice portions, fair prices, enough for leftovers.

Delicious pizza and food. Run by the nicest couple who take pride in their dishes and family friendly restaurant. Our table had a plain slice, arancini balls with marinara, pasta with mushrooms and truffle, chicken paillard with a delicious arugula and tomato salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The chocolate gelato for dessert was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing experience dining here this past weekend. It's named a Pizza Cafe but the emphasis is on the Cafe. The service is 5 Star. The dishes are done tastefully with some new variations on traditional favorites. My pasta was prepared perfectly. Great apps too and save room for dessert.

Best of luck to this new restaurant. Don’t be fooled by this “pizza place”. The food is outstanding as well as the service. Fried artichokes, imported olives, cacio e Pepe were first rate. Can’t wait to go back. Seating is limited so get there early.

Delicious! 3rd time here and each time equally surprised and pleased. Random shopping strip mall holds this gem! The moment you enter you know this place will be a great experience. The owners are both personable and lovely. Brought my gourmand MIL who absolutely loved it (“I can’t remember anything this authentic and good since I was in Tuscany last). Great for kids but also perfect for a romantic dinner if you want to give yourself a treat.

New addition to our fav LI places to eat. Warm and friendly staff. We’ve only tried the pizza so far and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Pizza usually leaves us drinking lots of water afterwards but we noticed not here. Food tastes homemade, really enjoy it.

I've really enjoyed eating here a few times over the past few months. I liked the pizzas and really really loved the pasta. Fresh with great texture. papardelle bolognese was incredible. my new go-to spot for italian.

We love Flora's. The food along with the vibe makes this place a fabulous weekday or weekend goto. We've been coming here since it opened and have not been disappointed yet.

Amazing!!! I stopped in to get a couple slices and they were to die for! The pizza was crispy with a nice sweet tomato sauce it was honestly the best pizza I’ve had, coming from a New Yorker! The staff was so sweet and it’s such a nice little spot to have a nice bite or even dinner! If the pizza is that good I can’t imagine what dinner must be like! I love this place and it’s my new pizza spot!! Thank you Ervis and Gabriella and the whole staff!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Italian restaurant that left me absolutely blown away. The menu was extensive and offered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes, as well as some unique twists on classic favorites. We shared the Pappardelle Alla Bolognese which was the best we ever had and cooked to perfection. We added a side dish of meatballs, which again was perfection- no additives, no bread crumbs- just marvelous veal. Then we consumed the Margherita pizza. Elvis, the co-owner with his wife Gabriella, explained about the special dough, cheese and tomatoes, as well as other ingredients that made it so special. Such a crispy crust, with no flop- can't beat it. But what really set this restaurant apart was the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Every dish was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that were expertly prepared and presented beautifully. The flavors were bold and authentic, and each bite was a true delight. To top it all off, Elvis and Gabriella are all over the restaurant taking orders, explaining and shmoozing with the customers...making sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes!

Fabulous! The owners could not be more welcoming. The food is divine. Every dish has been worth a trip it itself. If you are looking for a more authentic type Italian meal and reasonable prices run to Floras. It’s a small local place that we hope becomes wildly successful but worry that others will realize the gem in our backyard.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a pizza place with about 10 tables with food that will blow you away. Super unique pizzas but the pasta and Milanese were better than any high end Italian restaurant I’ve been to in the city or the island. The cacio e Pepe and the bolognese were dishes I would go back for again. Had a really good glass of Chianti as well. The entire staff was so sweet and attentive.
