Shopped at this location today for hurricane relief supplies on behalf of the West Hempstead Lions Club that will be part of a shipment to Florida. My wife and I were purchasing multiple quantities of different cleaning items . Cashier did not know how to ring up a multiple item sale and eventually a manager noticed her ringing up individually and came over to berate and correct her . We never said a word during the transaction and were fine with waiting . My wife asked the manager if they had cases of mops in stock we could buy so they would be ready for shipment. She replied she didn’t know , my wife asked if she could check , she said No and walked away ! We looked at each other in stunned silence , did that really just happen ? Unbelievably poor Example of customer service , leadership , etc . We spent 133.00 in Dollar tree and will be spending quite a bit more , is business that good you can treat customers so rudely ? My poor wife has to lug everything due to my health issues and than gets treated like this ? I’d also suggest a name change to 1.25 tree

The store is very dirty, but they have some bargains. You have to make sure stuff isn’t broken before you purchase because many things there are damaged.

Crowded with a capital C!!!!! With the aisles jam packed with merchandise that needs to be placed on shelves... I was a bit disappointed since a few items I'd hope to find was sold out... However seeing a customer with her Bernadoodle sitting front and center in one of the shopping carts was worth every moment♡ ... {And a few of the workers are extremely kind--}

LOL. Where do I even begin. This store is an absolute atrocity. It is filthy dirty. The shelves were empty and there were rolling carts 8 feet high. Filled with boxes that needed to be stocked on the shelves. The couple of guys they had working there? Were socializing with the customers who were obviously Homies from the neighborhood. So, instead of working and stocking the shelves? It was the social event of the week. This place was a shambles. The floors were filthy and there was merchandise all over them as well. I think I might’ve been in the store a total of about 2 1/2 minutes before I throw in the towel. If I hear tomorrow? That there are revamping the entire store? And that they’re giving away free merchandise? I’m still never going back in this dump.

Needed yellow flowers had to visit two locations,but I found them....they look great.

First Impressions average store. Rest rooms available moderately handicap access. Isle appear into shambles clutter. Prices are okay Depending on time of day parking appears available.

It’s VERY BAD place, A Menager is not coordinating well with people who wants buy and pay in store ALWAYS BIG LINE JUST ONE PERSON WORKING NEAR CHECK OUT

Absolutely horrible. Shelves are always empty. Things are in disarray. Lines are always long with one cashier working.
