My first visit to this store and it was a great experience. I was greeted by French. My Omega watch needed a new battery and he Immediately took care of it. It was very fast and great service. I will definitely be going back.

The associates have been very helpful and changed the battery on the spot for a very reasonable price. Came into Sam Diamonds NY to fix two chains with broken clasp and French was very attentive and helpful. Fast service and they are more than repair. I noticed some nice Rolex from oysters to sky dweller. Very nice team.
