Absolutely
rude
and
embarrassing
management.
I
bought
headphones
from
the
store
and
I
gave
it
as
a
gift.
The
person
I
gave
the
gift
to
told
me
the
box
was
empty!
They
thought
it
was
a
joke
for
Christmas
or
something.
I
looked
at
the
box,
and
it
did
have
a
tape
on
the
bottom
of
it.
Like
it
was
tampered
with.
I
didn't
notice
because
I
bought
a
bunch
of
things
in
a
hurry
the
day
before.
I
called
them
in
the
morning
and
a
man
picked
up
the
phone
and
the
gentleman
said
no
problem,
as
long
as
you
have
the
receipt,
we
can
work
something
out
for
you.
Fine.
I
think
nothing
of
it.
I
get
there
at
night
around
closing
time
cuz
I
just
got
out
of
work,
and
the
manager
over
there
told
me
she
can't
make
a
decision
to
come
in
at
9am
and
talk
to
the
manager
then.
As
if
it's
not
insulting
enough
to
sell
someone
an
empty
box,
she
said
come
in
again.
Walks
away
without
saying
a
word,
and
proceeds
to
play
on
her
phone!
Meanwhile,
there's
a
huge
line
of
customers
waiting
to
check
out.
The
Asian
lady
at
the
cash
register
was
nice
enough
to
tell
me
that
the
day
manager
leaves
at
6:00
p.m.
because
the
manager
at
night
was
too
occupied
being
rude
and
playing
with
her
phone
while
the
rest
of
the
cashier
workers
did
some
actual
work.
Incredible.
I
don't
like
to
be
a
diva
but
when
someone
sells
you
an
empty
box
for
the
holidays
and
you
give
it
as
a
gift
to
someone,
that's
justification
to
be
one.
Fair
warning
people!
⚠️
if
you're
going
to
shop
here,
please
double
check
if
all
the
items
are
in
the
package,
or
in
at
all
for
that
matter!
Because
they're
going
to
give
you
a
hard
time
and
pretend
they
can't
make
decisions
while
"management"
plays
on
their
phone.
We've
been
warned.
Don't
ever
want
to
shop
at
this
location
ever
again.
