It was a nice, convenient place to stay for a layover. It was a good price, the shuttles were free, internet was free, and really clean rooms and a comfortable bed. I didn't really care about the size of the room because I am not on am extended stay, but for one person it is great. The breakfast bar was okay, just your generic continental breakfast. I just wanted it to be open a bit later since I felt like sleeping in. And the coffee provided in the room isn't the best, but at least the breakfast bar had something decent. I would come back again if I spend the night in New York.

I booked the hotel because the staff told me that a airport shuttle was available even at midnight. However, when I arrived the airport, the staff said that shuttle bus was not available after 11 PM. I had no choice but call a uber to arrive the hotel. When I checked in, the bath room was locked. So, I called the front desk to change a room. Howecer, it took me about one hour to solve the issue. The front desk people was very unhelpful.

Not really worth the money. The hotel is not bad, not at all, but it is not worth the price tag. It should be less than half of what they are charging. Rooms are old and everything is a bit worn down. The hallways smell funky and they have dehumidifiers set up on one floor. Normally that is a huge red flag, shows that something is off with either plumbing or something similar. To compare, they price it the same as all the other big chains from Hilton and Marriot, but there you get more value for your buck. This just feels like it should be 59.99 a night, and not 209.00 - i regret 100% picking this place. Again, to clarify, there is nothing wrong with the place, it has what you expect, but I expect it at a much lower price....

The hotel is in very good conditions and very clean. Near to everything you'd need and the staff over there work with so much passion that they make you feel as if you were in a 4 star property. What I didn't like is the neighborhood where it is. I know this is not the hotel's fault so this is why I don't affect the hotel's evaluation. Doesn't feel like a secure area to be walking around. Apart from that, the shuttle service, cleanliness, friendliness and attention from everyone in there is sublime. Rooms are small but very well-appointed!!!

We stayed here for a layover at JFK. The hotel is located within a few minutes of the airport and was around a $20 cab ride. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are modern and clean with a comfortable bed. I would give the hotel a 4 star rating however the area surrounding the hotel is a bit dismal. The clerk provided a menu to local pizza delivery place. We ordered the pizza which was very good. Overall...a decent hotel for a quick layover

I liked this hotel, for a one night stay it isn't bad. It was tucked in the back and the outside isn't something to brag about, however the staff was friendly and rooms where clean and let's say cozy. It was a smaller room but unless your throwing a party what's the need. A clean bed, nice staff and breakfast. I've stayed in higher rated hotels that where less impressive.

Clean and quiet and decent size room for the city, but nothing fancy. The free shuttle was great to take to the airport. The bed was comfortable but all we had was a sheet and the worlds thinnest blanket on the bed. I was freezing and there was no other blankets in the room. I ended up sleeping with my coat on because we were only there for a few hours to sleep. I would stay there again but request extra blankets.

Close to the airport, descent price. Breakfast and shuttle service to the airport was included which was nice. Room bit outdated - coffee machine broken and AC control was disabled, it was blowing out way too much cold air so had to completely unplug it as it was too cold in a small room. No bottled water was available in the room (even for additional fee would be OK as no shops around to get fresh water). Other than that, good experience - only needed for a night as missed my flight. Front desk personnel, night and morning were very polite and friendly. Overall great experience.

Price is high for this hotel site, however, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, they had a good breakfast menu and shuttle to/from the airport all for free. The location is not good. They have free wifii. There lobby is not really a mlm lobby, it has one sofa that seats 3 people, that's it. The room was also small, yet pretty clean.

Average airport hotel. You pay a premium for the location and shuttle services, but can't complain since we needed and used them. The breakfast was already running out before 6 am and one of the least appetizing I've come across. My standards for continental breakfasts are not high. Bed was comfy and clean. We'd likely stay again if we had to.

Staff very violent towards clients and refuse to assist clients in the same manner as DHS.

Drove 40 mins. Only to find out it is a homeless shelter. The telephone number is wrong. Everything is wrong.
