An excellent place for shopping from apparels to grocery to musical instruments. I went to Guitar Center and it was one of my best shopping ever. Loved the music shop and bought a guitar for myself. Outstanding service and huge variety of guitars and other musical instruments. I could spend 6 hrs there but only did 1 hour.

A large bookstore- I forgot that we still have these! The visit was very enjoyable, browsing the bookshelves and picking the ones that looked interesting. You can't do that on Amazon! I'm coming back again soon.

Great place to shop, but this place really needs to improve their security in public areas. I am glad they have added some great new dining options like sushi, ramen and Bagel Boss is back.

Yes, this is another place I am at practically daily. I mean why not, there's Stop&Shop here. There Barnes and Nobles, which is my favorite hangout. When I'm hungry there's a Chipotle, and a pizza shop. Parking is plentiful and free. Free, not a word you hear too often. Besides that this are has everything. Yes, everything.

More seating and I'd never leave 😊. Talk about pet friendly.

The Barnes and Noble is a nice place. It offers a diverse selection of books in a warm environment. The spacious layout allows for easy browsing, and the cozy seating provides comfortable space for reading. Like a local library, books are sperated by genre, then by authors in alphabetical order. There doesn't seem to be much consistency in what's on offer. Obviously, they can't provide every book ever written, but some authors have many books available, others almost none. The coffee is good.

As my Husband and I held hands watching the Lanterns floating on the water it was beautiful. The park and Beach are beautiful, the food vendors were selling all types yummy food and vendors selling fun items and the DJ and music was great...

Visited the Carle Place Guitar Center in this location and wasn't even greeted with a hello more less a "How can I help you?"..... Shame on you GC. I used to be an employee at another location; you were clearly well staffed and not busy. Tho you guys had a few awesome in store specials, lack of service had me disregard the savings because you clearly did not deserve my money...

I highly recommend Super Cuts, also in this shopping area. Jill, my hairstylist is the best, has been for many many years. Always gives me the perfect cut and style.

A few good stores, but not laid out well, driving in that parking lot can be dangerous.

Biggest Stop & Shop I've ever seen. Place was well organized and clean. Had everything I needed plus more. If it wasn't so far I'd shop there all the time.

The pharmacy here is excellent! Pharmacy techs are always friendly, fast, and informative. The store seems to be getting a makeover so things are a little hard to find right now, but it's still the best Stop & Shop I've been to. Grateful for you-scan.

I've been going here for years and live it! I swear it seems the same with some additional of course. I love ❤ B & N. The area is slays well maintained and during the Nor'easter they did a expected, shoveled away ALL the snow in trafficked areas.

It's like going to a candy store. I love books and love the staff. The Starbucks inside is a nice complement to the store.

BN & stop and shop are the 2 big draws. Some smaller shops but nothing crazy. Terrible parking lot though

  • 4/5 William R. 2 years ago on Google
A good number of stores and eateries located here. The only downside is the layout of the parking. It can be a bit of a maze trying to get around. The main entrance exit will even have someone directing traffic during busy season since it's poorly designed.

Things are not the same anymore since the COVID 19 pandemic hit us all in our daily lifes. But the outcome for each of us is different and can swings in both ways. More readily available parking outside the store is one result. A good chance to catch a table at Starbucks inside the bookstore to enjoy coffee & some reading another one. On the other hand an ever increasing number of restaurants have closed their doors. Which in some cases spared them a slow and painful death with their bad food or unbearable atmosphere inside. Bad memories come to mind when we were forced to go to Red Robin for lunch while my son was still a toddler and insisted on it. There will always be two sides to a coin or to go with the thoughts of A. Schumpeter..... Economic dynamism is the backbone of the theory of creative destruction and the creation of something seemingly better......till the next time
