Today I went to pick up my engagement ring and it was perfect! The whole staff was helpful and the owner gave me honest advice, and helped me make changes to the setting that made it perfect. The whole experience was wonderful and I never felt I was being forced out of my price range that I originally had told them. The cherry on top was it was ready in a day with out any issues. I can’t thank this store enough and I highly recommend!

I had a second ear piercing done tonight. They were kind and knowledgeable. There was not a big push to buy additional earrings, but we will be back to buy in the near future. We asked to see some additional earnings when I am ready to change earrings, but they put no pressure on us.

Such a warm and welcoming place. I first went to the Karat Shop to fix a clasp on my necklace. Sammy fixed it extremely quickly and for a WAY more affordable price than I could have gotten anywhere else. The Karat shop has been such a HUGE help in my engagement ring process. We originally went and tried rings on with Wendy, who was so kind and sweet! She sat with us for 2 hours explaining everything and showing different stones and bands. When the time came months later, my fiancé went to a friends jeweler and we had a bad experience with them. I had not been able to get my engagement ring and wedding ring over my knuckle (arthritis) for three years. I had been looking around to have my diamond reset and resize my wedding band. I looked into a couple of jewelry shops but didn’t get much help. Tuesday (today is Thursday) my husband said “just go get your rings done,” I didn’t know where to go and suggested The Karat Shop. As soon as we walked in Sam greeted us and asked what he could help us with. I told him I need ring help. He gave us a price to resize both rings and repair my engagement ring. I decided to look at new settings. Sam could not have been more helpful (and also very patient since I didn’t have any idea what I wanted) he helped me find a beautiful setting. He also suggested (much to my husband’s dismay) keeping my original setting and having a gemstone set into it, (husband sees dollar signs). I picked my rings up today and couldn’t be happier, they are beautiful. I can’t wait to show them off.

I went to The Karat Shop to find a wedding band after browsing at a few other jewelry stores. Sam was so nice to work with. He offered guidance in regards to matching the band with my engagement ring but did not press me to buy. They have such a great variety so it was easy to find something I love. I’m very happy and will certainly be a long term customer!

I waited until the last minute to purchase a marriage band. San was so instrumental in helping me make a decision. He even apologized because he felt that had he’d been given more time he could ha e saved me some additional money by ordering a less expensive ring. It had to be resized and was told “No Problem”. Stopped by to look for a wedding band for myself. I pretty much knew what I wanted but just wanted to check out some styles. I found the one I wanted but preffered it in a darker color. Sam was able to order the ring for me and have it ready for pick up in a few days. Sam was very helpful and the ring came out exactly how I wanted it!
