While this isn't quite a real English pub, it makes a valiant attempt with its selection of beers on tap. I'm told the fish and chips were excellent, plus they serve a full English, although I've yet to try either. I had the smash burger and it was great. It was packed for the champions league final, but there seemed to be loads of TV screens. The terrace was also a reasonable size, but being beside a busy road wasn't the greatest. Still, the name made me smile since Mates are a brand of condom in the UK! 2nd visit: Sat inside this time and enjoyed the non-stop British music - Great playlist! We also played some of the games available - sorry to those around us disturbed by the crashing jenga towers :D 3rd visit: Try the inhouse mix of Dumle and Jaloviina (I think), it's gorgeous! The scampi isn't bad either.

Hyvää Britti pubi keskustassa juna-aseman takana. Syötiin fish n’ chips - kala on tuore ja mehevä mutta peruna oli liian rasvainen, silti hinta ja laatu 5/5 . All Day Breakfast on aina parasta milloin vaan !

Erittäin hyvää ruokaa omassa kategoriassaan eli Pubiruokaa. Syötiin All Day Breakfast, Fish'n Chips ja Reuben toast. Täytyy sanoa että kaikki oli hyvää voisin tilata näistä minkä tahansa uudelleen. Reubeniin olisin toivonut enemmän lihaa ja Breakfastin tomaatti pavuissa olisi voinut olla ripaus makeutta, mutta nuo oli pieniä miinuksia. Palvelu pelasi ja ruoka saapui nopeasti. Suosittelen lämpimästi muillekin!

Nice example of a traditional British pub. Probably more dated to the 1920s onwards. But neither the less was lovely. A good range of British beers on tap and also a good range if British bottled alcohol drinks. Would definitely return here for a swift pint. Cheers

Met a friend and had a few drinks. Staff was nice, music good and overall a nice place. Didn't eat but will next time.

Jääkiekon MM-Kisaturistina mestoilla. Kello on vajaa 10 tiistaiaamuna ja pub aukeaa vasta tunnin päästä, niin joudutaan tässä pihalla juomaan omia eväitä. Lasin läpi katsottuna on oikein kiva paikka. Nakunako suosittelee

Siisti pubi, rauhallinen ympäristö. Annos maukas pyttipannu lounas. Mutta valitettavan pieni annos. Ei voluumisyöjille.

Makoisa valikoima brittioluita, makoisa lounas ja erittäin iloinen palvelu. Viihdyimme hyvin.

Kiva ja viihtyisän oloinen pubi. Ulkopaikkakuntalaisena en huomannut katsoa tullessa aukioloaikoja. Oli yllätys kun valomerkki lätkäistiin 22.30. Jäi harmittamaan kun olisin ottanut toisenkin. Palvelu/myyntihenkinen henkilö olisi käynyt 5-10min ennen merkkiä kysymässä asiasta. Nyt vähän hölmistyin kun Tampereen kokoisessa kaupungissa keskustan pubit menee näin aikaisin kiinni. Olut oli hyvä. Hanoja taisi olla parikymmentä jos vaan kaikki toiminnassa. Stouttia tosin vaan pullossa.

Nice place for a drink and watching some sports events on TV. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Good food and good place, but the beer tasted super odd. Idk if the lines are cleaned properly cuz a London pride shouldn't taste that waterish.

Pretty generic English pub. Decent and good location to Nokia Areena, but hardly joint with much local characters.

Awesome just awesome. The old english atmosphere is spot on. The food is phenomenal. I got the fish and chips. The fish was lightly battered just enough to give a great crunch but not overly done. I also enjoyed a nice local lager. I should have gotten the name but it was very tasty If you are in Tempered this is a must go.

Nice English style pub with a great atmosphere. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Had the fish and chips, as it was recommended on here, which was nice. Wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had, but certainly one the best I've had in Finland.

Pub is basic no atmosphere at all TV screen everywhere almost impossible to talk people there seems only Interested to get drunk fast

New place with decent English beers on tap. Usually pretty crowded during the games in the arena. Tidy, since it's brand new.

Fish 'n chips was really good and delicious with riesling grape wine

Staff is happy to serve and the drafts are enjoyable and varied. Food is fine but portions (smash burger +fries) are small unfortunately.

Very spacious and pleasent pub with a good selection of British taps. Pork scratchings among other less common snacks (in Finland) are available to accompany your drink.

Fair selection of beers and quite interesting snacks and pub food. Hope they can keep it up. Sports pub, as they advertise, it wasn't though. At least when I've been there. Not if you like your sports with audio on anyway. Didn't happen even when asked about it, though they said the audio should be on.
