The
food
is
wonderful,
the
cheese
bread,
pkhali,
and
chashashuli
were
especially
delicious.
If
you
order
the
corn
bread,
order
it
with
one
of
the
stews:
it
has
a
great
texture
but
the
flavor
is
very
bland
and
a
little
dry
to
be
eating
on
its
own.
It
would
also
be
nice
if
grilled
items
were
served
on
larger
platters,
though--
the
quail's
platter
was
barely
bigger
than
the
quail
itself
and
it
made
it
very
difficult
to
get
any
meat
from
the
bird
since
there
wasn't
much
room
for
things
to
be
cut
(check
out
the
attached
photo).
Our
waiter
waited
until
we
were
ready
to
order
before
telling
us
what
items
they
were
out
of,
so
we
had
to
take
more
time
to
make
a
new
order.
After
all
of
our
food
was
brought
out,
he
avoided
our
table
entirely--
it's
very
hard
to
do
that
in
Rioni's
very
small
dining
room,
and
I'm
not
sure
why
he
did
so
(it
was
very
obvious
as
well--
he
was
frequently
going
to
other
tables
and
then
turning
away
so
that
he
couldn't
see
one
of
us
raising
a
hand
to
talk
to
him).
We
received
our
food
at
around
19:15
and
were
finished
by
19:30
and
intending
to
order
dessert,
but
he
"didn't
see"
or
respond
to
us
until
after
20,
after
which
the
kitchen
was
closed.
That
was
a
baffling
detail
of
the
night,
but
overall
Rioni
is
definitely
worth
a
visit.
