    Good customer experience when you're in the agency, but one of the lousiest delivery services. Not due to speed, but the fact that they 'try' to deliver your package but not even call you when they do, in order to keep an eye out for them or reschedule the delivery. I don't remember them being like this in the past, but maybe they just got a new batch of delivery agents that can't be arsed to do their jobs properly.

    Servicio pésimo. Se demoran días en la entrega de los pedidos, tan siquiera informan ni contestan al teléfono. Si llamas te atiende un contestador y te hacen esperar varios minutos con música mientras te están cobrando la llamada para después colgarse automáticamente. Es Lamentable y nose como se mantiene esta empresa en La Linea. Desde luego no la recomiendo!!!!

    Mala enviamos un objeto, llego roto a galicia y ahora dicen que fue culpa nuestra por el embalaje. Cuando ellos lo recibieron le colocaron las pegatinas de frágil. Y ahora no se hacen responsables

    The best of the worst, is probably the best way to describe this company. It's service isn't always the best but on the bright side there are worse out there. To be honest, their service has recently become a lot better, I suppose all that competition has got them on their toes!!!!

    Profesionalidad cero es decir mucho. Fui a preguntar que pasaba con un paquete que ya llevaba una semana enviado. Allí buscaban y no aparecía, apagaron la luz y cerraron la puerta conmigo dentro del local, un detalle pésimo con un cliente, al final la chica me dijo que me llamaria al dia siguiente.
