You get what you pay for. I have seen worse, but for the price and the area you should already know what to expect. The room was actually fairly clean. The heat worked amazing. TV was decent. Biggest issue to me is the drama that always finds its way to these type places. I know if I am paying $65 on State St in Salt Lake, I am not going to be getting anything close to a suite at the Westin. They do a decent job at this particular establishment of keeping extra riff raft away but they can't monitor it 24/7 and lots of time the riff raft are paying clients. Just know, you get what you pay for and if you are staying here you should already know what's going on

I was rude awaken by staff telling me that he seen people go in my room and that he was kicking me out. When I was sleeping by which he was wrong and I still have one more night stay. Room however is clean and hopefully I have a better rest of my stay

Call the phone number, sit through the lady saying that the mailbox is too full for more messages part. DON’T PRESS ZERO and don’t press any numbers at all. Just let the machine play, then listen to the answering machine message at the end. They never answer the phone. *wink* Just do it. It’s a treat.

Extremely rude The man at the front desk is very rude with the costumers. He is a man wearing a white earring on his left ear.

Filthy rooms whanted money back after I looked at it went directly to complain they lied about how much I paid took $40 said because I looked at the room I had to pay they lied on receipt about amounts but I have two witnesses I'm making a police report do not trust these people

No remote, no turn table in the microwave, towels were dirty, used, and still hanging over the shower curtain. A lot of hair in the bed. Besides that clean and quiet. $80 worth I guess.

We rented a room to stay for work. Was making the bed and found a syringe under it. Better get your sleep early cuz after midnight all the night festivities start. (Screaming, prostituting, banging on doors) and that's not a exaggeration.

It was quieter and more well kept than I remember a many years ago. The room was decent for the price. Cleaner than I remember. There was even hot water & shower was good. Yay!! Clean towels- sheets- and I did NOT see any critters! It was what we needed. Cheap simple & decent & a shower and a bed. The tv worked- had cable. Also had a working fridge.

Way too much 💰 but that is going to be come a Hugh problem for any type of shelter then it already is for the people. It's becoming a cold day in America.

The staff was friendly, reliable, and consistent. They don't ask for a deposit. The price is great for it's convenient downtown location. The rooms are pretty basic but fine for the price. There was always ample hot water for a nice shower.

Rooms are clean but expensive. Manager was extremely rude.

Only can say the one star is because we were not sleeping in our car. The room was filthy,scummy and totally disgusting. For $80.00 plus tax it was sick and sadly we we're to tried from my Huntsman's Cancer Center appointments to travel back to Nevada and was happy that the bedding was clean cause the toilet wasn't.

My stay was great the location was perfect for what I was trying to do also the rates to the room were amazing I had privacy and one of the best showers I've had this year I would recommend it to everyone and anyone

Where do I start? This place needs to be condemned!! They put a new coat of paint on the outside but the inside is discusting!! Blood on the blankets a gapping hole in the wall to outside toilet stained and horrid, and the owner/clerk has the worst customer service experience ever!! But he loves collecting 100 per night and another 100 for deposit and the entire room looks like it's worth 30 dollars!! Needs to be reported to the BBB immediately

Small rooms, dirty on top of mini fridge,curtain had holes in it. Toilet wasn't clean. People walking by all hours of the night. Would not recommend.

It wasnt too bad but when trying to pay rent the employee/owner wasnt even there. The laundry service was unavailable and the cleaning service didnt come around til almost dinnertime
