Amazing boutique! Janet is the kindest person you will ever meet. This is the first place I go for all my gift giving needs and my own. I cannot say enough great things about this shop.

I can’t get enough of this place! Every time I’d come to visit Utah, I always make time for Busy Biddy. Now that I live just a few miles from it I come as often as I can! There is always a great selection in everything & the quality of each item I’ve purchased over the years has been awesome. Customer service? THE BEST I’ve ever had. They remember me, my family & every past purchase from day one, & I was from out of state!!!

You won't find more charm or welcome from another store owner around. You'll be greeted warmly and helped as much as you want or don't want. The inventory changes frequently. So grab what you want because it will be gone as all of the stuff is in high demand. Janet, the owner, has impeccable taste and knows just what her shoppers want.

I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years and love it. The owner is the absolute nicest, she’s genuinely friendly but never hovering. I always find things for myself or gifts for friends.

A fun boutique, all the clothes are super cute, and I love just going and looking around. They also have great house decor, my only complaint is some of the things are a little expensive. The owner is really nice though, if you have the money visit!

We were getting an oil change and decided to head to swig while we waited. After swig we went to the busy biddy. My two year old had his own swig so I had him sit outside so he wouldn't spill in the store. I went in with my 18 month old and looked around for a couple minutes and came back out to find my 2 year old had pushed over some pots off the ledge. I of course offered to pay for the pots. It totaled $89 of merchandise I didn't even get to take home. For the size of the pots it was all at an extremely high markup. I asked the lady working for a discount since I wasn't able to take anything home. Maybe pay the cost of the boutique instead of the markup. I was offered no discount. I paid for everything and was extremely upset. Do they not know how to fill out "product lost" on their taxes??? It was a horrible experience. The lady working, which seemed like the owner, was not accommodating in the least. Anything that had a tiny ding she charged us for it. We will never be going back.

Couldn't stop looking around because there was so much cute stuff, I wanted to buy the whole store. Customer service is amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

This is the cutest place. The owner is so sweet and kind. Such good prices and selection. Love it here. Travel from Santaquin because it’s just that good!

Wonderful little boutique... great selection of jewelry & gifts. Owner is extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend. One of the better boutiques I've been to in the area.
