This place are so cool with historical themes and brand plus colonial gown for all staffers. There are tons of flavors to choose with historical name and figure for each ice cream. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, the pina colada mixed with tiger blood were so flavorful and tasty, will come back to try different flavors.

First let me say the ice cream is good. I had two scoops of the flavor called “George Washington’s Indispensable Flavor” which is really chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups and peanut butter swirl. It was so rich I had to stretch to finish it. The employees are dressed up like old colonial people and the store is dressed up sort of like a tavern. It is fun. I couldn’t help. It be amazed at what they have managed to get people to say when ordering ice cream (see flavor name above). At any rate, I do recommend it. They do mark each flavor for being safe from different allergens.

This place is so cute and the flavors are so fun and creative. This is such a great place for a special occasion - a date, celebration or family outing. We get a kick out of the revolutionary era themed ice cream names and costumes the employees wear. I love that they have a “water barrel” that fits with the theme and is also so appreciated when you need some water after eating their rich, yummy ice cream. It’s a little pricey, but we think it’s worth it.

Delicious ice cream, entertaining revolutionary theme to all the flavors, decorations, and even employees’ dress! A little on the pricey side (we spent $44 for five people plus a tip — they got us!), but a great experience, and some of the better ice cream a person can find on this side of the Rockies! If you can’t decide, go for the four-flavor sampler, it was awesome.

Fantastic ice cream! Mint was wonderful and the truffle was top notch. So often the mint at other joints tastes like toothpaste and the chocolate feels like it’ll break your teeth. This was the opposite. So good, flavorful and smooth. Chocolate was not rock hard either. Seasonal flavors were good and certainly interesting combinations. Kids approved as well. Will be returning. Expect slightly higher than average prices, but the product is much better than other franchises.

The ambiance and ice cream are THE BEST! I always get a Disneyland vibe when we come here, and it is always busy. The patriotic theme is fun, and there are tons of flavors to choose from.

Very good ice cream but honestly some of the best flavors I have ever experienced. Some people are foodies ... I am an ice cream connoisseur. This is my kid's favorite place to get a quick treat also

Similar positive feelings and experiences as many other reviews - and as Utahns love their sugar - these ice creams have ALOT. Service - amazing team, friendly, down to earth and funny. Flavors - interestingly humorous names, thicc, full of flavor. The mint chocolate flavor I had was filled with chocolate chucks and definitely could taste mint. Thank you to the three amazing team members on the night of the 27th. 👌

Oh. My. Goodness. Had a double scoop of French Brown Butter Praline in a chocolate cone and dang. Dang. Dang, people!!!! Let me tell you. I've long been a fan of Nielsen's Frozen Custard but Brooker's is better. The flavors are simply incredible. And the service! Amazing people who are so willing to help and they are super friendly. If I could give this place 6 stars, it would have it.

Wow. what a place. i came here after a friendly dinner with my fellow mates. i come in so excited knowing the flavors are based off of presidents but to my surprise i come in and see amazing outfits on the intelligent workers. i was stunned with excitement. the workers were beyond kind and willing to deal with the amount of samples i requested. we sat down and looked around at all the attentive detail. i even took a picture in the head lock. such a fun environment and i will most definitely coming back!!

This ice cream place has a truly unique feel to it. The decor inside is very colonial, with wooden chairs and tables, candelabras, and even staff that dress the part. They have a ton of different flavors to choose from, each with the name inspired by some historical American figure. The ice cream itself is very good, although I feel like it's slightly overpriced. They don't have any kids sized cups or cones, but if you want to take extra home with you they have lids that fit on all of their containers, which is definitely a plus for smaller kids. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

The ice cream is AMAZING!! We come there once a week and share a sampler.. The only complaints I have are as follows.. 1. Sometimes the portions are super small..My kids get the one scoop with 2 flavors and their amounts are about what we get in a sampler.. 2. Tables are dirty/ the area where you order the ice cream is dirty sometimes... 3. Sometimes people stand around and are on their phones(kids).. Them darn teenagers.. 4. Does this stop us from coming every week... NO... Because we love the ice cream and supporting locals. 5. Teenagers please clean up and greet.. You make the place!!

Wow! Aside from the delicious and super premium ice cream our experience here was excellent. Liam took the time to share with me the interesting scoop on the ice cream's backstory while Isabelle entertained my husband with a little TS serenade! Such a fun, delicious and informative visit. Thanks for the excellent service. We will be back. Thanks guys!

I went here tonight with my partner and sister. It is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. So many amazing flavors. I had bananas foster and chocolate peanut butter cup. They had all gluten-free items clearly marked which made it very easy for me as a Celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely return. This may be my new favorite ice cream shop.

Brokers Founding Flavors is a unique ice cream venue. It is themed after people who found our country. My family feels the ice cream delicious. Everyone got the Paul Revere ice cream and loved it. However, I’m really disappointed to report that I got the George Washington ice cream which is peanut butter and chocolate. It’s what I imagine dirt taste like. I got it as a shake and took two sips and threw it away. Before I threw it away I had somebody with me taste it to see if it wasn’t just me and they said it was disgusting. I hope the ice cream is not that bad and this is an isolated incident where something was wrong with one of the ingredients or the shake machine was not cleaned. But I’ll never eat that ice cream again.

What an interested themed ice crème store. There are so many menu items that are named after different historical USA people of interest. The ice crème flavors are varied and so good! They also have a timed food competition if you want to try that. Talk about a brain freeze!

The ice cream is great and the ambiance good. I like the uniforms and the themes they have put together. The flavors and variety is excellent. They have monitors for the menu and some were not working. For a place so new I was surprised. I was a little off put by some attention to detail like this. Overall, I recommend the place and have been back many times.

I love the theme of the place and the different types of plates/cones they serve in. That being said, the ice cream wasn't my favorite. They didn't have the cone I wanted, and so I had to get it substituted (that I didn't mind), but they missed several ingredients on several things we ordere that come with them and had to come back and ask if they came with it, they said they forgot. 1 I understand, but 4/5? Also, some items in their menu were a lot more expensive than other place. The staff was super friendly though!

Fun colonial style ice cream place where the staff is dressed in colonial attair and all the ice cream flavors are named after famous colonials. The ice cram is absolutely delicious and there are many different size options from a kiddie to a liberty bell.

This place is fantastic, whether you are a fan of US history or you just really love ice cream. It seriously has a great ambiance. The staff is great, very professional and attentive. The ice cream has unique flavors with names related to the founding fathers. Have some fun, and look a few up. We looked up Benjamin Rush, and found out a lot about a great man. This was a great experience. Oh - and yes, the ice cream is really good.

Wow this place is amazing! There isn’t any better ice cream in this state. The flavors are unique, creative and delicious. I’ve had nearly every flavor. Started driving from salt lake to vineyard every month because I was addicted. Then the Herriman location came and now I go almost every week. Ignore the user reviews claiming racism, slavery celebration, and encouraging you to get Ben and Jerry’s. My only complaints are that they keep raising their prices. Thank you Biden, really though. And can someone train the employees on how to let customers redeem their free ice cream. The last 3 times I’ve been I try and they just tell me they can’t do it. Thank you Brookers, best ice cream ever.
