It really was a great experience with one exception our waitresses just totally forgot about us after we received our meals. We had 2 orders of never ending soup & salad although we didn't need a second selection of soup or salad she never asked if we wanted another selection or refilled our drinks. It felt like thanks for your business see ya. The waiter serving the two tables on either side of us was very efficient and quit pleasant he checked on them twice once there meals were served and boxed up there leftovers after. The customer service was fantastic including our waitresses very friendly just no follow up. Someone else top off our grandsons and daughter water glasses. I still would be willing to visit again with my family. There were four of us and we ordered off there lunch menu which worked perfectly. The food was delicious I would definitely ordered out.

Had a great time here. Loved the food, service was great. The location is perfect for us. So glad Olive Garden is in Saratoga Springs! The atmosphere was nice. Bathrooms were clean. I look forward to coming again. They have a separate entrance for the take out which I thought is really smart!

Came to this location for the first time. Normally I go to AF so this was fun to try out. It’s super new so it’s real busy on a Thursday during a holiday week. 1.5 hour wait but not a big deal considering. If you’re like me you’ll notice a huge difference than AF as far as the ambiance. I like it a lot more where there is some division between groups so you feel more intimate with your party. It also seems like it’s maybe half the size of AF so it may help explain the long wait times. I may be biased but the food I always order seemed to taste better here. Maybe because it’s new everything is by the book. The service was also really good. I could tell that the waiters are kind of getting into their groove together as they acclimate. I think I’ll only return to this location now after today. We will check in a lot sooner next time.

03 Sept 2023 - 5 Stars First time at this location. I've been to this brand many times. Had a great meal with my son's family. The meal, price, and restaurant were all as expected and wanted. Our server tonight (Savanah) was EXTREMELY great with my 4 grandkids at the table, plus the 3 adults. She made the kids feel special, and other staff members helped as well to be sure our meal and time together were relaxed and fun. My son and daughter-in-law tell me they get this kind of service whenever they come to this location. Well done, we will return.

Olive Garden is always pretty consistent no matter where you go so you get what you expect and the price is not bad compared to similar restaurants. We always love the salad and breadsticks. The service is really good here and nice waitresses that always check up if you need anything else.

Me and my husband have never had a BETTER experience at an Olive Garden than the one here in Saratoga. The staff were very attentive and generous. Always asking if we needed anything else. I’m pretty sure the manager even came out at one point and was asking around how everyone’s lunches were going. It was well staffed. They even offered to open the door for us when we left and gave us a complimentary dessert haha. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Thx Saratoga Olive Garden ❤️

Went for a nice Saturday afternoon soup / salad / breadsticks with my wife. Unfortunately our second bowl of chicken gnocchi soup only had a couple of dumplings. We got some to go hoping that they would have more, but the next batch they made didn't have any? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I will say, the breadsticks were nice and soft. I feel like lately at any Olive garden locations, the breadsticks are sometimes hard. They did a good job here. We brought our daughter along with us, and she got the kids meal w/ five cheese marinara spaghetti and broccoli. She loved it. Kind of crazy to spend an extra $1.79 on one meatball, when the menu says "meatballssss". To be fair, it was a decent sized meatball. Even just three average sized meatballs would be preferred IMO. Our server Savannah was excellent. She deserves a high five. Our daughter told her that she's her favorite server ever. One of the managers came to check on us during our meal, which was so nice. I don't think she meant to, but it looked like she was sneaking up on us for a second. Maybe try not to sneak up on people. Lol

Never have I ever had an experience this good in an Olive Garden. Was top notch in every way. Food was fresh and tasty and top notch, the service couldn't have been more attentive or professional. Blew me away. I mean it's an olive garden and they're just on another level. And the value was good too! Like even the kids meals knocked it out of the park. Katy our server was extremely attentive and every other manager or other employee that brought us something were just really upbeat and earnest.
