Whenever we travel to the west coast our first stop after we leave the airport is In-N-Out Burger. We can’t get it at home. On a recent trip to Salt Lake City this location was our destination on our way to Park City. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Darius. Everyone we encountered was very polite and friendly but Darius was absolutely the best. In-N-Out does a great job of hiring people that fit their culture but Darius is in a league of his own. If you get a chance to meet him you will see what I mean. What’s great about In-N-Out Burger is that you get an always-fresh consistent product at every location. Darius’ exemplary customer service is what made this location stand out for us.

Ridiculously good burgers and fries!! A little bit of west coast in Utah! So glad they have this here now. Yummy food. This place gets very busy as a drive thru or dining in. The staff here are very friendly too! Check this place out !

Still super... 7/22, Super good food. is always a treat if there's not one around us makes for a nice lunch super fresh food and you can taste the difference. The grounds and building an inside are nice and clean tables are clean floors are clean it's a pleasant environment. Staff is super friendly and helpful orders came out on time and perfect.

First time! Very excited to try in-n-out while I was visiting Utah. I went at noon, they were busy but I got my food quickly. Everything tasted great. The milkshake was very good. Staff was kind and very efficient. Everything was clean. Got a t-shirt!

This place was super busy at midnight. They got through the line pretty quickly and the staff was helpful. The burgers are good, but the fries are just okay.

First time out west, had to try the famous In-N-Out Burger and see what the hype is all about! The price of the food is something you don’t see often anymore, which amazes me. The burgers were pretty good, no complaints. I was a huge fan of the fries, as they were a little dry even though we got the “loaded” animal fries! The image consists of many variety of the menu, going from regular cheese burger to 4x4 burger that’s on their Not-so-Secret menu!

Clean,clean,clean. Great food, so good there's always a line. But its worth the wait for a burger joint. Not to leave out the FRESH cut french fries.

This was my first visit to In-N-Out and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. The theme was patterned after a 50s burger joint. The cheese burger was very good, but not what I expected from the years of hearing about In-N-Out, but the fries were very underwhelming! Glad that I tried it. A definite try again.

In n Out is usually my go to place for good burger. Unfortunately not one near my home so I take the extra time to drive over. Definitely worth it despite the busy line I usually come to.

I am not really sure how In-N-Out gets so much praise. It just tastes like a cheap burger and that's all. I still give it a try every time I see it because they don't have one in my state. However, it's no different than White Castle.

The actual meat on this burger is miniscule! I did like all of the vegies. My kids insisted we had ro try in and out because of their reputation. We all decided we will continue going to Culver's which has more options and custard!

In-N-Out is always good — I have NEVER had a bad experience at any of them — been eating at them for 40 years! This was my first in Utah/SLC. The cashier took my order with a beautiful smile! Food was prepared perfectly as always.

Food and service are both exceptional. This is the only burger that I like and I am very picky with my burgers. Some burgers make me feel sick but this one fills up my tummy with no problem. Their fries are also veey good because they are not greesy. This is my favorite go-to place for my burgers and fries.

Everyone loves in and out. Il tell you why I don't. Animal style is a huge overload of burnt onions and cheese and the pickles are too vinegar. What happened to simplicity.

The double double animal style was good, lots of flavor. 🙂 I don't like the fries 😕 to thin and bland. It was a long wait at the drive up. Maybe have someone outside taking orders when they are busy.

Can’t give it a five star. The fries were cold. The chocolate shake was fine. However, The Double-Double Animal Style burgers were very good. Hot and juicy. Those we would get again. The drive thru line was long but they handled everything efficiently.
