experience!!!
Need
to
educate
staff.
We
received
the
cake
after
tremendous
agony
and
thread
from
Zoila’s
Cake
team.
We
were
expecting
a
magnificent
art
but
by
the
time
we
got
the
cake
pieces
were
falling,
they
definitely
did
not
pay
attention
to
details.
I
follow
them
on
Instagram
and
it
is
why
I
want
them
to
do
the
cake
for
my
daughter
Quinceañera.
PLEASE
if
you
want
a
stress
free
experience
go
elsewhere.
JUST
BECAUSE
YOU
ASKED
FOR
DETAILS....
The
order
was
placed
and
50%
deposit
made
months
before
the
event,
you
lost
the
details
of
the
order
3
times.
2
days
before
the
event
still
you
were
asking
again
for
the
original
order
because
you
lost
it.
Less
than
24
hours
of
the
event
you
requested
full
payment,
when
specifically
you
knew
you
were
dealing
with
out
of
town
customer
requesting
the
other
50%,
(We
were
never
told
that
prior
delivery
of
the
cake
that
the
account
should
be
cleared,
which
we
didn't
have
a
problem
paying,
neither
sending
you
the
order
details
and
photos
more
that
3
times)
a
online
transaction
was
made
on
a
Friday
evening
to
satisfy
your
request.
Saturday
1
hour
prior
cake
delivery
you
called
stating
"NO
CAKE
WOULD
LEAVE
"
the
store
unless
you
received
CASH,
only
cash
could
be
accepted,
we
begged
you
to
check
your
account
because
the
money
was
out
of
our
account
and
for
sure
was
pending
on
your
end,
we
implored
you
for
another
solution
and
there
was
not
way
to
satisfy
your
request
when
we
were
2
hours
away,
we
begged
you
to
deliver
the
cake
and
we
could
pay
you
CASH
at
delivery
time,
again
the
answer
was
negative.
One
of
my
family
members
had
to
drive
to
one
of
your
store
and
bring
in
the
cash,
when
we
paid,
your
employee
was
asked
to
call
your
main
store
and
tell
them
to
release
the
cake,
she
refused
to
do
it
because
she
did
not
have
a
receipt
done
yet!!
Finally
all
the
finances
were
cleared,
when
we
received
the
cake
was
nothing
like
the
picture
we
sent
you,
part
of
the
Fondant
was
coming
off,
it
was
messy,
and
poor
attention
to
detail
could
be
seen
thru
the
hole
cake.
My
best
advise
to
you
is
to
improve
customer
service,
organize
your
orders
and
make
sure
your
receivable
account
is
clear.
