STAY
AWAY.
POOR
PRACTICES
AND
REFUSES
TO
REFUND.
We
first
arrived
and
paid
for
4
nights.
The
second
day,
they
asked
us
to
move
to
another
room.
They
said
they
made
a
mistake
and
the
room
we
have
is
already
reserved.
They
could
have
just
give
the
other
room
to
the
next
person
but
we
were
forced
to
accept
a
ridiculous
small
room
with
a
bathroom
in
a
corridor.
Every
morning
they
came
to
knock
and
wake
us
up.
The
manager
was
not
helpfull
and
said
to
leave
if
we
are
not
happy.
They
refused
to
refund
us.
After
3
days,
we
had
canceled
all
our
activities
because
of
our
lack
of
sleep.
Thank
you
Hotel
Rod
for
making
us
have
the
worst
vacation
of
our
life.
As
if
spending
thousands
of
dollars
for
plane
tickets
and
coming
here
to
do
nothing
is
what
we
wanted.
Also,
after
we
complained
(and
only
after)
at
the
reception
that
we
paid
for
a
bigger
room.
The
girl
at
the
desk
offered
to
refund
4$
for
the
difference,
with
a
smirking
face.
As
if
I
want
to
sleep
poorly
and
hate
my
vacation
just
to
save
4
$.
Do
you
know
where
you
can
put
that
4
$?!?!!!
Really
bad
place.
We
will
leave
and
forget
our
money.
It
is
a
matter
of
principles
at
this
point.
We
will
not
encourage
these
scams.
Forcing
people
to
accept
a
crappy
room
after
they
paid
and
they
moved
all
their
luggages
inside,
and
still
charging
for
the
bigger
room.
No
one
speaks
english
really,
except
the
manager
that
barely
listens,
is
impatient
and
cut
you
off
to
talk
over
you.
Missplaced
pride
of
a
businessman.
