Small mall but really nice and in good location with good atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor shops.

My favorite place cuz you have many options of quiet and nice cafes there

So many amazing outlets and offices are gradually filling up the spots in this new project by Al Hamra Real estate! Foodics is my next tech startup, and I check in weekly to see how far the renovations have progressed because I looked forward to start walking to my workplace daily. This mall and everything inside is going to be the first of its kind in Kuwait!

I haven’t been to the mall yet! I am looking forward to going there though, but the grand cinemas experience there is amazing. I loved it!

Only around 5 cafes are open with a couple of shops, and a cinema. Most of the mall shops are still vacant or under going their construction. Not worth visiting yet. Maybe in 6 months?

This place is pretty neat, but why would they open it right next to an old mall like AlMuhallab? Are they going for the whole “good burger” approach by opening a brand new mall to show AlMuhallab that their time is over and that they should simply accept that their time has come to pass, and that the only thing they have left is being used in Kuwaiti soap operas as a background setting? The restaurants are pretty diverse, they have a sporting shop and a cinema, which is odd since AlMuhallab also has a cinema and it’s a 3 minute walk from AlAndalus. They have a small Sultan center inside which is always a welcoming edition in my book. They have some contemporary gyms for hipsters who love being quirky and annoying. The thing that I find most interesting is that they have a shop where people can play VR games and bystanders can see them through a huge glass wall, it’s sort of like a zoo where we can see VR wearing people jiggle around, pretty dystopian if you ask me.

I liked the place and the decorations for the restaurants and cafes, it is a small mall and not so many shops inside but there is a live action game in the first floor 😍

It's a fancy mall clean and cosy. There are some restaurants and cafes but the mall is new so there are limited options, if they Fix this issue the mall will be in my perfection list.
