    Hey there! I am Sarrah, a member of FitnFab which is a great place to shape your body, mind, and strength. Every workout is different from the other. My coach, Mrs Rashida Zakir, is a great instructor/trainer for this program. I have got shortness of breath, which initially was difficult for me to exercise, but with her instructions i have overcome my problem. Her saying is, no matter how much kilos u weigh, but you should have the strength to carry your own weight 💪

    The instructor is really awesome and helpful, who makes you feel extremely comfortable. The 60 min training goes super fast and you enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new workout so it is never boring. The trainer knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a friendly vibe as soon as you walk in the doors.

    FitnFab is a great place to work out. I feel more energetic and relaxed since I have started working out here. It has not only made me stronger physically but also mentally. The meditation sessions truly help me to relax and calm my mind.

    It’s a great place and platform, to understand your own body, how your body works...? How much strength it has...? How much endurance it has…? Till what limits you can take it…? Yoga helps your body to connect with your mind. It’s a great pleasure to be trained under the supervision of highly trained Aqeel Bhai. He never lets you down. He always makes sure that you stay motivated and helps you to achieve your goal. I must say Yoga it calms your mind. And gives you a slow time in this fast world. God Bless you Aqeel bhai. May you see more success in your future.

    I wanted to join fitness classes for a long time but couldn’t find the right one. With FitnFab I found the place I needed to be. Everyday is something new and fun. Our trainer is fully invested for us to get more fit. I am having a great experience over here and plan to continue for as long ad I can.

    FitnFab Fitness Center made me realize why I could never be consistent with exercises before this. I never enjoyed working out before I joined FitnFab. I absolutely love going for my classes. The best part is Rashida ben has different forms of exercises everyday so it's very exciting. She shows modified versions of all exercises depending on your ability. She definitely makes this process of burning some calories fun!!

    Before joining FitnFab I perceived Yoga = Flexibility. I was a gym goer. 1 month on and I experience a holistic improvement of my health. Correct alignment and posture of the body, finding my balance, strength, endurance, correct breathing, relaxation......Akeel takes it even further with his personal attention.     Fit n fab has been a great healing journey for me till now , i was in my postpartum stage and wanted to heal inside out , i can see now that i have benefited alot after joining . My issues like lower back pain , stiffness in neck and shoulder , weak abdomen , low strength , low immunity …all these problems are slowly getting better ❤️‍🩹 Thank you rashida ben for giving the required attention i needed .     I am Over weight. Before joining FitnFab I was thinking that I won't be able to do yoga.     I just wanted to share my experience with coach Rashida zakir at FitnFab. My stamina was very low and I wasn't able to do more work because of it. But after a month of consistency, the workouts assigned by Rashida have kept me energised throughout the day.     Very nice coaching and gives an insight into your own self. It is really nice to know your body more and know your areas of improvement. In our hectic life journey we have really taken our body for granted. Its an eye opener ..     It’s a great experience to learn Yoga from a certified and experienced teacher. There are many classes available in the market but learning at FitnFab is a different experience. Akeel gives personal attention and detailed explanation on every posture and asana and guides you to explore various methods to get better in every class. I have greatly benefitted and able to observe my body and movements in a totally different perspective. Highly recommended.

    If you are looking for fitness, tranquility, and personalized service, look no further than Fit-n-Fab, Aqeel bhai is a brilliant & best yoga instructor he provided the whole yoga asana training to help to connect body/mind conditioning and emotional release, Body was definitely definitely feeling it the next couple days, but at least I was able to get a good stretch in places I never imagined reaching & regained my stamina, balance and flexibility. Looking forward to more sessions to discover body and mind connect.

    It is with pleasure that I participate in the yoga sessions of FitnFab Fitness for 1 month now. I'm already seeing the benefits of these sessions on my weekly running sessions. I just can't wait to progress further (who knows, maybe I'll end up running full marathons very soon as I'm running half marathons for the moment)! Small precision and not the least: I do my sessions by zoom, the others being physically in Kuwait 😉 December 11, 2022 It's now been 3 months since I started my yoga sessions, twice 1 hour per week on average. I can only thank Akeel bhai for these invigorating sessions. There is no doubt that the practice of yoga has allowed me to improve my running performance. I have just achieved my best performance on a half-marathon and this, after 4 weekends of interruption. Come on! Join us without delay.

    The workout sessions are amazing. Very fun, motivating and enthusiastic. Mrs. Rashida is a certified trainer and gives very challenging exercises. The best part about her is that she will modify the exercises based on your ability so you can either have a bit easier version of the exercise or something a little challenging 😁 Highly recommend for all age groups 👍🏻

    Its been 5 months since I have joined Rashida Zakir’s FitnFab class & I never had to look back since then. I have gained a lot of stamina & strength. She teaches different exercises & make it look simple & motivates us to push ourselves everyday to do a little more everyday. I would really suggest girls, womens to join her & how she makes that 1 hour of class worth it🥰😘

    I started exercising with Rashida ben a month ago and I already feel amazing about my body. I’ve definitely got more flexibility and strength. She’s always motivating and inspiring, coming up with challenges everyday. One of the main pluses of her sessions is that everyone in the class is always enthusiastic and fun and so it helps me to push myself more. Definitely recommend! Thank you Rashida ben.

    I would like to thanks fit n fab specially our trainer Mrs Rashida for helping me as I feel that my body/heart/mind energy is much more balanced and harmonized. I used to live in my mind, often fighting with it but its much calmer and quieter. I feel that I’m much more aware and find it easier to be anchored by the breath and senses. The body-mind-emotion balancing practices are really great for coming out of the mind and very quickly bring a state of calmness. Although, I loved everyday fitness programme that she planed.

    Rashida is a knowledgeable trainer,positive, supportive, friendly and a clear communicator .She explains every move so that we know what we are doing and why we are doing it — which is super helpful. She is always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink. Fit n fab training sessions are intense, challenging and fun.I really enjoy the sessions.

😠 Every few months gym gets sealed. Not at all fair as its sealed for weeks. Now they have shifted to a smaller gym, which isnt fair as the fees was not for such a gym. Sometimes have to wait for 1 hour or more in morning for it to open. Only fair thing would be a refund
