Coolpex service is really excellent. Their technician are also very good in behaviour wise and talk in a very polite way. I have been using this Coolpex water filter from quite long time. I am really satisfied with their service and I have also recommended to my known people to utilise Coolpex.

Very poor customer service..there is no proper response for relocate.only at the time of purchase they are not busy any time they can come and fix..but in case of relocate they will say all technicians are very busy and it will take 4 to 5 days ...also one person will remove the unit and and on another day another technician will come for fixing. Really disappointed.... We clearly given our time but they will come without our convenient time. We need to wait for them.... useless and I recommend don't buy this..

The most unprofessional behavior experienced from technician to customer service & the management is not even bothered to look into this complaint. So if anyone buying a water filter, please look for another alternative. The filters are good but very unprofessional service & rude behavior.

After a long time I really had very bad experience with Coolpex service. The service agent called for service and I asked them to visit after 7.00pm but they simply ignored the request and no one turned up. I had to complain this at Lulu Rai center for no response for a week from the date of first call for service. Thereafter I got call from a agent 55511338 his talk n response was absolutely very bad as he was laughing on my point to confirm if he will visit after 7 pm and worst he just disconnected the line with out completing the talk. I later called Mr George from HR to complain of the incident. Coolpex really need to improve the service method n teach some manners to their agents. Not Satisfied at all.

Great superb excellent service. I am very happy with their quick response and the speed of service. What impressed me most that an year ago when I relocated to another flat I made a special request for the dismantling AND the installation teams to come together and finish the job in a single session instead of the normal system the company follows for the dismantling team to first remove and relocate the R.O device and the installation team installing it for you the next day at the new location!! Bravo!

Horrible experience. Installation caused major leakage in our kitchen damaging the cabinets. Appointment times not honored. Showed up more than an hour late. Better off finding a different company.

From last 3 to 4 days iam asking to your team to renew our system, for 2 years untill now no one came and informed 3 days before they come and install all but they not came. How we believe your service iif you are doing such very bad service
