They don’t maintain a catalogue and charge whatever they like. Fraud alert . They even ask for cash payments and receipts are out of question.ITR should raid them for sure. Dude who charges 2500 for pedicure and that to in Hazaribagh lol.

This is the most fraud makeover salon. PM groom make over name they have a hair spray. Charges for detan and hair blow dry. 5000? Cash payment in other vendor name. They ll receive a notice from my lawyers.

It was my first visit and became worst. Neither want to visit again nor recommend anyone here. Went here for hair cut spa and detan. But received very bad service. Their 2 minutes cost us 1 hr waiting because all are talking and enjoying and only 1 guy is attending customer. I think owner dont focus on staff. They are just busy among themselves. They did durga puja inside salon that's very nice. They just see old customer with care and don't care to new customer. They just cheat customer and they think they has no knowledge about this and they take advantage and skip the procedure. They put O3 cream on my face and did 2 minutes massage, they said detan is done sir. U may go. How detan is completed in 2-3 minutes . In detan massage in done to increase blood circulation and they did in seconds 😂. They did nothing in my face and charged 600 for detan only. Hair spa was also not satisfactory. I don't have words to explain this. Very unprofessional salon.

One of the awesome services and a place where you can get every type of treatment. I'm coming here for more than 10 yrs to them when they had their. Old branch and so much happy and satisfied with the services.

I had a good experience here.The ambience is very good,the staff is very cordial and I specially thank the hair specialist here for guiding me and helping me decide what I want with my hair. I got Kera- smoothening for my hair and 15 days later I am totally loving my hair. It's soft, easily manageable and party ready with a single stroke of comb.... Thank you @ Damini and @Faheem .

Exceptional site at such a small town. Me being from Kolkata had not experienced this feel and level of professionalism. The ambiance is awesome 👌. Way of welcoming a client was at par with premium Salons at metro cities. The grooming of staffs is Exceptional. Very good service. My facial and hair do was excellent beyond my expectation. Ms Damini Gupta possibly the owner had personal touch on each do. Highly recommend.
