    Most pathetic service. They make you stand for hours... Only to give hopeless answers. Not at all covid era friendly.... U even have to prove your identity and then again authentication for that proof. Highly customer unfriendly, lazy..... Hopefully one day I will be SBI jmt free. #worstcustomerservice #patheticsbijmt

    I have given a single star as I can't give less than that. All the staffs are not willing to do any type of work. They always try to beat time of customers. All the staffs have very rude behaviour except some.
