After exchange of ornaments I found that slight colour change one of item in one week.. they simply giving reason it might touch chemical objects and negligence behaviour of some staff while solving this issue brought me trust issues to purchase jwellery again in joyalukkas

I went into the store with trust, I have asked for 92.50 purity silver bowl but they cheated me by solding 80.50 purity silver to me. With trust I haven't checked the hallmark and the price they have taken is same as for 92.50 purity, Customers pls be aware that joyalukkas is not trust worthy

Nice jewelry showroom in Anantapur. They attended us immediately after entering the showroom. Small branch but their collection is good. Neatly maintained, all COVID protocols were followed. Nice bike and car parking lots available. Staff are good and cooperative.

Shop and brand is good.i am a regular costumer to jayalukas brand chennai and tirupathi.this collection is good.but looks like fish market , lot of sound pollution, i observed some costumers are talking loudly, it ia accetable, but staff them selfes not wearing maks and taking and chit chating loudly to each other , looks odd.managent should take care of it.even cash counter people not wearing masks.as i am not allowed to take photo inside shop not able to give.
