Pros:- Time to time checkup, cleaning, good service, Polite behavior, caring. Cons:- Doctors and Workers demanding extra money and for few payments they won't give bills even. Small rooms and AC won't work properly and washroom looks like public toilets They don't even provide single chair in room, small bench only there

Felt nostalgic to see a Private Hospital like this, where best treatment to all categories of people. The hospital is giving best cashless treatment to the patients admitted and covered under AROGYASHREE, ESI and other Government Sponsored welfare schemes. I was surprised to personally see providing free Breakfast,Lunch Dinner, morning Coffee, Evening Tea. Besides these, Best Doctors are working in this hospital. Let this category of professionals long live.

Management is too wrost,no hygiene and facilities are very bad fully money minded ,rash behaviour compared to this government hospital is better than snehalatha hospitals

Doctors are good.but ,staff are wrost .especially ,receptionist are too much wrost in response and in their behavior. Charging money for their service and the hospital behavior is like as if they are providing by free of cost and treating like govt hospital. Govt hospital is best compare to this snehalatha hospital in anantapur.

Worst behaviour with patients. Big fraud is going in this hospital regarding arogyasri scheme. They will try to charge as much as possible from arogyasree patients unofficially. Instead of doing this worst kind of service in health sector you people better to close the hospital

Dr.aruna wouldn't even listen to their patients, my sister felt sick so we visited the hospital and she didn't even listen to my sister's problems and the management is too worst. They told us that it is common during pregnancy. But after 2days we visited another hospital and found out that she had malaria. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone.

One of the worst hospital I have seen in my lifetime, by taking the prior appointment also I need to wait for more than three hours for just a normal checkup. These hospital management has no discipline at all makes the patients to wait for hours in their waiting hall

My relatives reffered this Hospital for Pregnancy and we got normal Delivery, As of my knowledge this is the best Hospital in Anantapur ,Very Good Treatment , Doctors Aruna madam Shivajyothi and Children specialist Dr.Geetanjali madam Nurses, Staff were Great Cooperation with Patients, Facilities was good apart this Especially Doctors encourage normal deliveries for Pregnant ladies..

Visited hospital for delivery got my baby right hand injury( Brachial plexus) for which we went to Hyderabad for treatment. They don't even admitted their mistake. Such a worst hospital I have ever visited.

When patient visit time patient receiving and staff behaviour work procees is very good. At the same time doctor treatment and medicines also very good. Total staff behaviour and punctuality very good. I am totally happy
