Chai point is a good option when in indiranagar. There's ample seating but the staff did seem overwhelmed. There was one person, handling the taking of orders, payment procedures as well as serving/making of the tea. He's doing a great job but seemed frazzled nonetheless. I chose their ayurvedic tea and Irani chai. The Irani chai is good, the ayurvedic was quite wonderful. Their cranberry cookies are also nice. F&B: 4/5 Ambience: 4.5/5 Value for money: 4/5

Probably the best of all the Chai Points and my favourite. Comfortable seating, good selection of beverages and food and great staff, especially the manager. Two wheeler parking is available right outside, and four wheeler parking available on the same road a little away.

I have been visiting this Chai Point since the day it opened. Absolutely love this place. Love the vibe and the ambience. The staff is professional and polite. And ofcourse, the chai is amazing.

I absolutely love this tea chain! They have every kind of tea you could possibly want, from the classic cutting chai to a soothing ginger-lemon tea. Not to mention, their snacks are the best! Their carrot cake and Maggie are always so delicious. The atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend this tea chain to anyone looking for a great cup of tea and some tasty snacks!

A perfect place for your first date, this place is located right on the CMH road, besides the MAX showroom. The place is available for both smokers and non-smokers. We found it pretty reasonable to spend the only saturdays we have in the entire month with each other. You can drop in and sit comfortably. Ordering the food is very easy through the Chai point app which you can download and you get a notification when the order is ready. You can spend around 500/- to 800/- and have a perfect evening with the special one's

Good ambiance. Nice place to hang out and work from in Indiranagar. The bakery items are great in the morning when they come in fresh but not so sure how they would be in the evening. Chai is good, my favourites are elaichi chai and lemon tea. I remember the prices being a little cheaper earlier, now paying close to 100 rupees for chai is a little too much in my opinion
