Doctor
Madhava
Rao
is
known
to
us
for
quite
a
long
time.
As
the
saying
goes
change
is
the
only
constant
thing
in
this
world.
So
did
Dr.
Madhava
rao
has
changed
along
with
the
time.
The
hospital
looks
neat
and
clean,
but
the
staff
are
not
up
to
the
mark
and
I
experienced
the
below:
1.
staff
sound
very
unqualified.
2.
staff
are
unprofessional.
3.
staff
is
unable
to
answer
any
queries
posed.
4.
On
a
sunday
i
had
to
wait
for
the
doctor
from
afternoon
till
late
in
the
night
9.30
PM
to
know
the
causes
for
the
issue
I
have
been
facing.
5.
Doctor
could
not
help
us
know
the
reason.
6.
He
acknowledged
the
fact
that
his
hospital
does
not
have
any
GI
specialist
and
he
would
arrange
for
one
only
the
next
day.
Which
is
fine
with
me,
but
time
is
crucial.
Hence,
we
moved
to
another
hospital
in
Hyderabad.
I
do
understand
that
doctors
are
bombarded
with
questions
by
the
patient
and
relatives
of
the
patient,
but
its
fundamental
that
the
staff
be
trained
on
managing
the
situation
and
responding
to
the
situation
that
reacting
to
the
situation.
I
was
going
thru
the
report
and
I
saw
a
blank
paper
which
was
signed
by
our
relative
on
my
behalf
and
was
shocked
to
see
the
reaction
of
the
staff.
Upon
questioning
why
a
sing
on
a
blank
paper
without
any
explanation
or
detailed
entered,
she
snatched
the
report
from
me
and
tore
the
paper
apart
without
any
explanation.Very
rude
behavior.
All
in
all
Doctor
was
good
earlier.
Hospital
looks
decent,
as
its
relatively
a
new
building.
staff
0
rating
for
them
and
they
deserve
it.
advise
to
the
doctor
-
He
had
very
good
reputation
until
he
built
this
hospital.
I
still
remember
him
not
even
referring
to
a
X-ray
and
encouraging
the
patients
on
focusing
on
healthy
diet.
After
building
this
hospital
people
have
an
opinion
that
he
has
become
commercial
like
other
doctors.
I
can
understand
inflation
has
taken
a
toll
on
the
doctor,
probably.
As
no
one
is
immune
to
Inflation
in
this
world
:).
Please
try
to
be
reasonable,
not
only
you,
but
collectively
as
a
group
with
the
patients
