You can't check in on time even you booked a week already... they make you wait 3 hour from 00.00 PM until they have room that you already booked a week ago... Dont ever try to one day rest here... It only give you couple hour rest... Edit : they manage to compesate really well and make you want to Stay longer... Good experience overall ...

Clean simple nice 4star by the mahakam river. Luv the location, with Mahakam twin bridge we can enjoy as much. Enjoy the bedroom with quite spacious. At night there is live music in 5st fl pool bar, with view of colorful beautiful lamp of the mahakam briidge. Breakfast is good, with many varieties.

Me and my family enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean, service is nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. But it's too bad that the Mahakam Bridge lights were off so we didn't get a nice view during the night.

One of the best hotel in Samarinda. Placing at the down town of the city also nearly Big Mall, The hotel rooms give you two type of view (city and river), river view is more expensive than city view. The room is quite large, it gives you clean and comfort feels.

Actually a nice hotel with a nice view of Mahakam Bridge. I booked some rooms a long before, but i got different rooms. Actually the room is clean and tidy (i booked no smoking room), but the cigarette smoke smell still remains. I booked single king size bed, but i got twin. The breakfast is okay, wide parking area.

Very good for its price, exactly beside mahakam river, if you pick river-view room, then the view is outstanding, Pro : they give you refillable water bottle (glass), very clean, quite spacious

The service was good,clean and comfy. The food was excellent.Other facilities need more improve such as gym and swimming pools. The noise and vibrates from the event a bit disturbing coz it can be heard and feel from inside the room. Overall,pleasant experienced.

The hotel is very strategic, it has a nice view of the bridge and river. I also love the rooms, they are very comfortable to stay at. The staffs are all professional especially the Front Office. Whenever I’ll go to Samarinda, I’ll stay at Hote Harris for sure.
