Rooms was not ready at 15.00 & i just think maybe they prepare for the best, sealed door after hygiene check, nice & clean room, good digital tv with our name on it , cool room. un-fortunately too many swimming learners in the evening & Limited car parking area. Thanks.

Absolutely love this hotel. So far this is the best 3 star hotel I've stayed in. Breakfast offers outstanding variety of foods for a 3 star hotel. Gym is clean, has decent well organized equipment with available drinking water dispenser and air cooling. Pool is located on the upper most floor as well as restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages. Room has pleasant sufficient lighting for work. Air cooling work properly (loving the constant cold dry air in the room considering samarinda has hot humid air on daily basic) Car parking is absolutely a downturn of this hotel as no sufficient car parking is available during busy hours

Small but very clean hotel. Their aircon was very cold. Taste of food was just ok, including the food of their restaurant la luna on 9th floor. Size of pool was small.

Unexpected beauty. Much better than Swis*bel. Bigger and cleaner room. Food at Santan Restaurant are good tho. The only downside is a bit far from shopping malls.

The Room was fine and the service was fantastic. I'll point out things i find as good points. First, they have this flyer which inform you to put the flyer on bed if you wanna change them. And if don't, they will change it every 2 days. Second, the wifi is quiet strong and stable. Third, I didn't find any inconvenience with the access card (in another accomodations, I have multiple times running down to the lobby just because the access card was run out of electricity or something). 4th, I love their pastries and the snack platters are beautiful. 5th, no sweat with the check-in or check-out things The only thing I wanted to add is, the sink in my room and some other rooms. They don't have lid so It gave me goosebumps that I might drop and lose something in the sink.

Plus(+): cheap price,nice and comfort,have spot for photo so much,indoor swimming pool,good service,not afraid for parkir slot(free vallet parkir), the room so satisfy for me,and it's position right in the middle of city. Min(-) : only food not satisfy me.

The parking lot is a little bit cramped and small. If u drive a large size cars,will be a problem, unless u drive superb. The hotel itself imo just so so.. But still recommended for casual stay.

Good hotel fairly in price. The room is spacious with great facility. The breakfast is good taste and lot of variety. The new TV system allow you to ask for towel, etc, which is great. Ofcourse it comes with Netflix, Youtube, and other that you can freely used

Malabar Resto at Horizon Hotel is such a cozy place, good for romantic dinner for couple, good for family and group. The food taste are great... Clean place with Modern Design. On the pic is Monster Burger, very big Burger & Tasty too - This is for Meet Lover.. Cap cay menu is always great.. We all enjoy eating here,, note : free bucket of crispy chips and you can take mineral water that display on the side table.

Once you get passed the kind'a narrow path to the parking lot, the hotel itself is surprisingly impressive. The friendliness of the staff, starts from the security staff. Into the lobby, the front desk is really helpful, the place is clean, organized, well maintained. The room is quite spacious, the lighting was nice. The mini bar is free, it's not much, but, you can't argue free, right? The Breakfast menu is various. You can always find a happy and helpful face.
