sorry
to
give

star
for
this
hotel.
I
really
enjoy
to
staying
at
swiss
bell
hotel
group.
However,
this
swissbell
hotel
borneo
samarinda
is
really
frustrating.
They
provide
some
similar
standard
service
as
swissbell
hotel.
However,
the
service
here
is
very
bad.
I
have
5-days
experienced
to
stay
in
this
hotel.
But,
whenever
I
got
back
from
my
work
in
the
evening,
the
towel
is
not
ready
yet.
I
always
ask
the
staff
more
than
5
times
to
get
only
the
towel.
The
point
is
towel
is
a
basic
service
for
the
hotel.
If
you
can
not
provide
the
towel
for
the
guest,
do
not
expect
we
will
stay
at
your
hotel
for
the
next
occasion.
Please
notice
my
comment
here
if
you
do
not
want
the
guest
change
to
other
hotel.
I
never
had
written
a
review
something
like
this,
but,
this
is
very
frustrating.
So
that,
other
guest
will
re
consider
to
pick
this
hotel.
