Exist since mid 90s i believe, yet still very good, clean and neat Had very good experience during my stay, spacious room, nice pool with huge slide, friendly staff.. breakfast was great, located in center of Samarinda city and surrounded by many restaurants. Last but not least, affordable price

Bad Service, and very slow...we have to wait more than 2 hours only for fried rice...

Hotel is very old. Rooms are quite big. faclities are so so. quality of soap, shampoo is low quality. AC is making noise all night. since they are old. Food menu is limited. Wifi is so so.

I got the bad luck to witness the sink faucet water turns from clear to brown while brushing my teeth.

They got friendly staff in the hotel that will help you around. Their breakfast was awesome. Both local cuisine and western style are serve between 6-10 am in the morning. Their swimming pool was amazing with interesting slide. I tried the gym just near the pool and I can say they have all the thing you need. My room was on the fourth floor with queen size bed. It was Spacious, clean and odorless. Toilet was clean as well. And for sure, the wifi signal was strong all day long.

it was a great time to spend here.. there are many great places in just by a walking distance.. the hospitality is very good n nice.. variety of foods are served here..

Old hotel but pretty nice and quite well maintained. Cleanliness was ok. Comfy room. But i don't think it's fit for a 4 or 5 star hotel. Breakfast menu was tasty but need more variations. The swimming pool looks like a public pool not a grand hotel's pool

Ohh love the big space for parking and doing a big conferences here. Big & stylish lobby & conference room. But for a five star hotel, it's just too rustic and outdated in the guest room. Smelly also. Hate it. In conclusion, it works well for event as long as you don't stay in the guest room.

when you booking this is hotel online and making payments online, you need paid again after you arrived at hotel and when you not paid again you get hold at hotel by staff, not recomended hotel for samarinda this is really bad

Really comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the centre of Samarinda. The staff was really nice and provide anything for us. Everything was perfect, unluckily there’s no view out my window but that’s okay. Good job!

Luxurious room, reasonable price, complete amenities, great staff!

we stayed here twice, both asked for non-smoking room, but the receptionist said it was full. we got smoking room (twice) and it was really smelly. I called by phone to get the room sprayed, no one came to spray our room. the room beside us bring some friends around midnight, they were noisy and smoking, the smoke went straight to our bathroom and finally filled our room. I bring a little child, so it bothers me a lot. my child woke up a few times that night (she rarely woke up at night) because the room smelled so bad. It was not a good experience, and I have no intention to stay here next time.

Got 425 room on the first place, but the room was so noisy from the nextdoor's voices. Then moved to room 233, but the room was dirty and not been properly cleaned. I could even see the layer of dusts on the hairdryer. Plus, the bathroom door was transparent so no privacy at all although I am staying with a colleague. Definitely not satisfied with the service.

I just love to come here to swim (before covid) 👍🏻 quite clean
