Originally I wanted to give 3 stars (because they checked us in a smoking rooms instead of non-smoking like we ordered), but we actually had a great stay here. Great room, great bed, great shower, and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, too. Regards for the chef! Unfortunately, water of the swimming pool was very, very cold. You could see all the swimmers there shivering as they play with water. So, another thumb down for the pool, but overall, this hotel was good, we'll come back again soon.

The location is quite far from the city center or bigmall. Service is relatively good but a little less punctual when we order food. The food is delicious, complete breakfast. The room lighting was dim, and there were mosquitoes.

It's not an extraordinary hotels because there are many newer hotels there. But it's surely a decent one with comfortable room, good resto serving a variety of yummy food, and offers a nice stay. Located in a strategic spot in the city, not too close to the busy river, abd some pllaces for eating out around.

First, the hot water shower doesn't really last that long, when its slowly turned to be cold water you need to wait for I don't even know how long. Second, the wifi is not stable enough, you will disconnected many times when calling someone. Third, sometimes your card key doesn't work so you need to recharge it. Forth, if you're planning to make an event here make sure you told the staff to proffesionally prepare extra plates in order to make your occasion went well.

The location is superb. The staff are very helpful. Privacy guaranteed with elevator access required guest card. The room is comfy and clean. Great hotel!

For the room, the air conditioner is cold, hot and cold water is loud and even abundant, the TV program also has many variants and is clear The service is very friendly, especially Ms. Ajeng who guides us to get seats at breakfast time. There are always restaurants with Jogja's signature menu, lots of variants, refills quickly if they run out

I recently went to this hotel to stay for 3 days for business trip in Samarinda. I must say, the first time i step in the hotel, the services they provide were amazing. All the worker and the servers were really polite and nice. And the room i stayed in was neat and perfectly clean, and on top of that, the front desk server were very responsive aswell to respond my requests. So overall, i was very please staying in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Samarinda.

great scenery in every room, sunrise sunset you get them. so many local food surround the hotel with affordable price, and for sure good taste. Basement parking lot is not a spacious things, but still ok, there is always security give direction and tell you either full or any free availble.

First experience. All i can say is, they did a great job with their services and exceeded my expectations. Front desk service: friendly, nimble, helpful Room service: was a bit disappointed because they forget to give my room towels. But the next day they give me towels and ask if i wanted to schedule my room clean up. Room: a bit small but cozy. You have all basic need at least. Tv, water heater, tea bags, coffee packs, sugar packs, etc. Bathroom: 24h hot water 👍 all necessary amenities. They even gave me extra shampoo because i used half of the bottle in a day. Staff : all were so friendly. They opened up the door and smile whenever i leave or come. Location : perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Right in front of the hotel, there are franchises (kfc, recheese, etc), near lembus

Nice place for holiday, especially for family trip. All employees are very friendly and have a fast response when we need something. The hotel and rooms are always clean. They provide sanitizers on each floor and provide plastic gloves in the restaurant.

This is by far the best in term of payment. You can book via website or application and pay at the hotel without the need to provide credit card. For other things, it just the usual. The lobby is amazingly spacious though. Seat arrangement is great. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process are quick. No deposit required. The room is great. Spacious, clean, and tidy. No liquid soap, if you're into that. The pool is standard with opening hour up to 9.00 PM. Breakfast is great. Good taste. But the variety need improvement. But, hey, you don't need all to satisfy your hunger in the morning, so, no complaint there. Overall, great experience.

Hotel strategis and easy to get food

The receptionist is not able to speak Englist. The booking ordered a large bed but they gave me 2 small beds. No drinking water in the room and i have to bring my luggage by myself.

A week ago I stayed at the best hotel in East Kalimantan at an affordable price with the best service I've ever gotten. A very friendly clerk helped us in the checkin process until we checked out. With a classic modern design adds to the aesthetics of the room I live in. The food is also very good and there are many choices on the menu👍
