Room is quite big & clean. But their service is poor. I stayed three night's, when I checked in I informed I will stay two night, but second night when I reached at hotel I found that my key was not working, then I communicated at reception & they informed my key updated for one night only. After that I requested please updated my key for two more night, but third night same thing happened again. After that I want to talk hotel management, but they didn't arrange that. Also they didnt change the amenities properly. I am dissatisfied about their service.

Nice and clean hotel with average (cheap) charges. Stand right in the center of Samarinda, this hotel provide strategic location consider to lack of local transportation services. Surrounding by public services, mall, bank, local market, etc.

value for money, nice place to take a rest while on the trip. There's two lift here, the room clean enough. But the bed cover, towel looks dull, maybe caused long used. You can get hot water to shower that quick enough. Unfortunately i can't see baby chair on the restaurant, so you should bring your own.

comfortable, cheap and strategic hotel in the middle of the city. has a fairly large parking area behind the hotel. The food at this hotel is quite comfortable and not inferior to other star hotels in Samarinda. Room prices range from 500 thousand rupiah to 600 thousand rupiah. One thing I really like about this hotel is that the air conditioning is very cold, making resting more comfortable. Good service makes visitors happier

Good solution near the market and the river port of Samarinda. Rooms are simple and clean. Excellent solution for the price paid (think 500000rp per night)

The place is strategic from markets, nice hotel and quite cozy. But why no hot water in the room when I stay there?🤔 if broken they should fix it quickly.

clean, cozy and good service.. easy to find, because in the middle of city. for breakfast menu 7.5 out of 10, but overall this hotel is good..

Cleanliness, staff, breakfast, and most services are so so. Nothing impressive. Hope to see better and more kind services in the future.
